Our AC went out in the middle of the night last week and Temp Pro had someone out at 7:30 am and fixed it right away. The tech, Julio, was very friendly and professional. The price was great and he explained what was wrong in a lot of detail, you could tell he was very knowledgeable in his trade. Thankful they came so quickly, we have a 2 year old and it would have been a very miserable day/weekend if they didn't come so quickly.

Purchased a new unit in November, 2021. They came out to do an inspection last week since we were just starting to use it and want to ensure all was working well. Jonathan was on-time, professional and checked everything out. Prior to going with Comfort One for our new unit, we received bids from several other companies and they were the best in price and responsiveness. Locally owned and operated...only way to go.
