Jeff has serviced our AC/heater over the last year or so. He has amazing knowledge regarding air conditioning and heating. Two other companies came to service our high efficiency unit but could not work on it as they were completely unfamiliar with it. One of the two actually informed me that I should contact another company, one that knows something about this system. Desert Diamond has always been professional, courteous and honest. I wold recommend them to anyone who needed AC service.

I purchased a new unit from Gabe and 3 years into it one of the hottest weekends I found myself and my family living in 94 degrees in my house. They were quick to respond but could do nothing to fix it until Trane opened on Monday. My unit has been running non stop since Friday. Not sure how I will pay my enormous electric bill. Plus this was a miserable weekend

Mark, Amy and their professional team are true gem in the crowded field of HVAC companies to choose from here in the valley. I wish I could give them 10 stars! My short view is this: do yourself a favor hire A&M IMO they simply are the best in the valley.

A&M just finished installing a new HVAC system in early January and my wife and I could not be happier with the work and American Standard products they sell. You may pay a little more for this team of professionals, but I promise you it will be money well spent!

I did a lot of research on cost (let's face it this is a major investment) and how to get the best value for our replacement HVAC system. Everything I read said that the brand you select and who installs your system is what brings the greatest value to your new HVAC. My wife and I chose A&M because we felt they had a quality brand (American Standard) and we thought they would do the best installation.

The painstaking care that A&M spent making sure that everything was perfect cannot be understated. They started the process by taking load measurements and making sure our units matched our needs. They then discussed hot spots and the current challenges we have keeping our home comfortable, and from there they built a custom plan to meet our needs. They recommended several changes to the way the builder had set up our original HVAC system.

The install team came out and spent an entire week (5-6 days w/at least 3 workers on site) installing our new A/C units and correcting the builder duct work. Aside from finding tears in our builder duct work, they worked to make the flow of air more efficient by making major changes to the original builder duct work layout, and where needed reinstalling new duct work. No detail in the install was too small to give attention to or overlooked.

If you've read this review to the end you can see that A&M has a true fan. They made me a fan of their company through their outstanding customer service, their honest hard work, painstaking attention to detail and the value they give you for work done in their pricing. When you are looking at prices on a paper it's hard to decided who to select because it seems like an HVAC company is an HVAC company and the work they do is all the same. It is clear to me now, after watching my neighbors do HVAC installs (which tops took 2 days to install), that HVAC companies are not all the same.

Always a good experience with this company. Very professional. Bought 2 new A/C units. No problems and great follow-up.

I called Four Seasons for the first time when my AC unit went down during the summer. They were so pleasant and understanding. They sent Jorge G out that same day and had my AC working in no time. He was so nice and professional. He was able to explain everything to me to where I could understand. Yesterday, I had Chris G out to maintain my unit for the winter and he was also so professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone! They are wonderful, from the office staff to the technicians. Thank you!

Simply the Best! I had two new Trane A/C units installed by Kevin, Mike, and Johnny on New Years Eve. It was a freezing cold rainy day so I felt terrible that they were stuck outside ALL day on a holiday, but they were SO positive and professional the entire time despite the weather challenges. They did an amazing job and they were extremely thorough, making sure every detail was perfect. They were very polite, respectful and mindful of my home, always making sure to put on booties when coming in the house and asked permission to access to the thermostats, restroom, etc. They kept me informed each step so I understood the process. They actually made it a fun experience! It’s been almost a year since I had the units and they work AMAZING! Super quiet, plus the variable speed model I purchased keeps the temperature steady all summer and winter which is a very welcome change from my old units constantly turning on and off and fluctuating temps drastically. Kevin has since been back for the free annual maintenance Day & Night offers, and once again it was a great customer service experience. I feel like these guys are family!!! Highly recommend to anyone considering such a large purchase. This company is top notch! They are professionals and experts in their field, and they value their customers. Very happy with my purchase??

Wonderful company... from management to the crew in the field this company values customer experience above all else. We had a very problematic Trane unit that we replaced and this company has the expertise and service oriented approach that you dream of working with in any trade. Highly recommend them for maintenance to overhaul replacements!

Have been using Just Air for years they show up when they say they will show up!! They might not be the cheapest around but for the service and work done in a timely manner is priceless to me!! They are good people in my book!!
