Best Heating System in Phoenix AZ

Simba plumbing did an awesome job relocating my bathroom shower valve and diverter with handled unit, they moved the shower drain over and moved the tub lines into the wall and fixed an angle stop. Very professional, on time and courteous. Will hire them again for other jobs that I have down the road. Thank you.

Super responsive and informative. I ask a ton of questions so I can understand my home, what happened and how I can prevent or detect things and they entertained it while working. He has been a dependable member of my property management team for the past three years. The first time I had him come out to solve what I thought was a serious problem, he fixed it in about two hours and had the replacement components in his car - even offering two different sink stopper options!

We had our whole house water re pipe done by Arizona Integrity plumbing. The thought of having this done made me very nervous. Ramiro and Byanka were clean professional and very friendly. I give this company an A+ from start to finish, you can't even see where the holes were cut in my walls.

We called Hays at 10:42pm due to an issue in the air handler, Justin was at our house 35 minutes later and although he didn’t have the part, he woke up early to order it for us. Mark came back the next day and installed it and our house never got above 84. I have used 9 different AC companies in the 8 years we’ve owned our home, I will not call another company. These guys are good, thorough and aren’t looking to sell new AC units, they even showed us some summer tricks regarding air filters. If there were 6 stars Hays would have received them.Thanks again

Joe is a life saver. Third time we've needed him, and this time it was urgent. Water heater blew and flooded our garage. Joe returned my call quickly, and got over there that morning. I was out of town, but he communicated with us both so she knew help was on the way. He told us the water heater was still under factory warranty, and he handled all of that. He explained that there was no expansion tank installed on the damaged unit, and recommended we add it to the new one (In Phoenix they are required by code for a closed water system). That addition was not expensive, and could add years of life to our new water heater. Joe also let us know that the replacement water heater would be under factory warranty as well. Glad to hear it, because we are new owners here, and didn't know the old water heater was under warranty. Much better than buying a replacement water heater! Joe made it happen, without selling us a new water heater. Installation was done quickly, including the new expansion tank, and he hauled away the old heater. Install cost was very reasonable, and hot water was up and running in one day. Joe is knowledgeable, attentive, and very qualified. We highly recommend Joe, and Peace of Mind Plumbing.

Good plumbers they always respond fast to emergencies even after hours

Anthony came to our apartment because we didn't have any cold water for a wk+. Our apartment complex wasn't able to fix the issue so they contacted DW Plumbing. Anthony was punctual, professional, and friendly. He explained the problem to my boyfriend and had the issue fixed in no time. Because of the customer service that we received from Anthony, we will be contacting DW Plumbing for all of our needs related to heating and cooling here on out. It was so refreshing to know that customer service is still around in at least one company. Thank you Anthony for taking care of us and our water requirements.

This was the first time using Patrick Riley to help us with our AC. It was an emergency. It was late in the evening and a haboob was about to hit when our AC decided to quit. Adam the tech shows up around 8pm and was absolutely fantastic!!! Very professional, customer service oriented, and very courteous. Got cool air going in no time. Joey Miller called to say he was hung up in traffic but managed to get here sooner than he thought......still within the appointment window........got to servicing our AC unit and reported that both AC and Heat were perfect. That was all I expected until he graciously offered to hose off our solar panels while he was up there......which I greatly appreciated. I whole-heartedly recommend Penguin to honestly and professionally service all of your plumbing, heating or AC needs.
