Worst experience ever. Penguin repair man quoted us $500 to replace filters on 2 of our HVAC units. Cost of filter was under $100. HHHMM, so you want to charge me $400 for a 10 minute job? Yeah, company is incentivized with commission, the more they up charge customers, the more $$$ they make; terrible practice and harmful to customers. Warning to others....

Technicians were reliable and even arrived early! Very professional and very respectful of the environment- they were working on the roof and showed extra care and concern to not damage any tiles as that was the only way to access the ac fan. Company was a referral from my parents who said wonderful things as well! Will keep the recommendations going to my other family and friends as well!

John Nunez was great. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. Jacob from plumbing was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service. April 6, 2023 Jacob C is an outstanding Tech. He didn’t leave my house until every plumbing issue that I had identified was fixed to my satisfaction. His customer service is excellent and he will be the Tech I will want on all service calls.

I just wanted a maintence tuneup. I called on a Friday she said she could have someone there ON MONDAY !! WOW ! I had called another company prior to my call to 1st choice and they were going to send someone out in JULY !! Toby had Jimmy come out and he to is very impressive . A nice young man who got there ON TIME and when he was done he said we needed nothing more, NOTHING MORE ! What ? Toby and Jimmy are VERY impressive, NICE people . WOW ! They went above and beyond trying to help me locate my warranty, dig into the details and bring clarity to a confusing situation. Uninvited guests (Rats) Had their lunch inside our heat pump on two occasions at different spots. Chris found and fixed the problem quickly and got the pump up and running. What else could you ask for, and without being GOUGED! That in itself is a wonderful thing these days!!! Highly recommend.

After a bad experience with another HVAC company that does a lot of TV advertising, we have been so happy to use Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling. We received a very competitive price on our new units which were promptly installed. William, our service tech, is very professional and communicates quite well. Will definitely request him for our future maintenance work.
