Had issues with our Nest thermostat not receiving power. The tech, Josh, determined it was the transformer and had it replaced in less than 30 mins. Josh has been out to our place before for our previous unit, and he’s the man. Communicative, efficient and professional.

Travis Vonau was the repair person who came to my house. He was great, professional and explained what was wrong very quickly. Because of Travis I am getting a quote for a new system.

My warranty recommended this company. The tech came out (Richard I believe was his name) and caused more problems. He said he replaced the motor and had to come back less than an hour later because the AC still wasn’t working and as it turns out he knocked the air duct off in the attic and was unwilling to fix it. (The new AC tech I hired said air ducts just don’t fall off and the last guy was negligent). Anyway he said he needed authorization from the home warranty company to fix it and they were closed but I said I will pay you or someone from your company to fix it now and he said to call someone else. Not willing to work and leave customers in the heat. This is your job or find a new career! Lazy and unprofessional. Made us wait 4 days for the appointment too. Run away!

I called Desert Diamond around 8PM on a Friday night because my air was running but the air blowing was not cold. The customer service representative was very nice and assured me that a tech would call me soon. Within 5 minutes, a tech named Jeff called me and he was literally at our house within 10 minutes. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had it fixed within the hour. Jeff was very nice and good at explaining what exactly the repairs were that needed to be done. Excellent customer service and very prompt. I would highly recommend this company!!

We have had a contract with HVAC for several years. They are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, responsive and something important to us, they do whatever is necessary to do the job right, but we never feel that they are up-selling us.

I have been using Sun Devil Heating and Cooling for years. I was surprised to see the reviews on here. My family has used them for service and when we finally replaced both the Air Conditioning systems. Their prices are very reasonable. I have used some of the other Air Conditioner companies in Phoenix and Scottsdale, and found them to be quite expensive. Every time I call, I speak to the friendliest scheduler. They always prioritize my calls based on need. They always do their best to schedule around my schedule. I will always recommend them for their prices and their continued professionalism. I know if you take a chance on them, you won't regret it!

I have used Cactus Mechanical in the Phoenix Area and to my surprise was willing to do our install in Flag.
I can not say enough about the professionalism of this company. In todays world of supply shortages and help issues they performed stellar! They advised us on where to install the compressor for minimal visual impact as well as noise restrictions imposed by the HOA. That were here when they said they would and completed very quickly.

My AC went out on a Sunday night in the middle of summer in AZ. I had a house full of family visiting. I was on a plan with another company who I called first and they told me they could not come out until the upcoming Wednesday 2p-6p. I called night and day and they were at my house by 10a Monday repairing my AC at a reasonable cost. Great work and customer service. I canceled my plan with the other company while the Day and Night techs were present. 100% recommend this company.

King Mechanical is great. We had a dual phase heating/cooling system replaced and we were really impressed with the professionalism and pricing. Frank is very responsive and we were able to get something scheduled quickly. In addition, the team working on our house spent the time to make sure everything was working and our concerns were addressed. Overall, we were very impressed and grateful for King Mechanical!

I sent an email at 4:30 pm describing the problem. Danelle responded within an hour and scheduled a visit for the next morning. Joe was thorough. He showed me how to re-initialize the system which sometimes fixes some problems. He checked everything and confirmed that the system was working properly before he left.
