It became apparent that my older home needed some major drainage line/pipe replacement. This was going to be a big project to repair but the team made it as painless as possible throughout the whole experience. Jon was fantastic to work with and really put my mind at ease, being there with me every step of the way. He made himself available 24/7 really to respond to any questions or concerns I had during the whole process. The entire team worked very hard and as fast as they could in order to get my home the repairs it needed. At no point did I ever feel pressured and was also reassured that everything that was done was necessary for the integrity of my home. They also did great job explaining everything along the way and in a way that was easy to comprehend. Big thanks to Jon, Neal, Sammy and Joel for their hard work and professionalism!!

Gerald Schultz has been our 'knight in shining armor' ever since a friend recommended him years ago. He's repaired minor plumbing leaks, installed toilets and water heaters and reverse osmosis systems, changed out faucets and showerheads and valves, checked our propane system for the fireplaces and more. I had Keith H from Mr. Rooter come out after another plumber couldn't fix my problem...even added to it. He arrived at my house 40 mins after I called. Keith was experienced and knowledgable, explained and showed me everything that needed to be done...didn't press me for extra services and gave me an estimate. He corrected my stopped up sinks and fixed the other problems created by previous plumber. He was a personable and polite person...someone you're happy to have in your home. I'll ask for him again, and Mr. Rooter will be my plumber in the future. 7-14-17
