I called Hayes because I was recommended to them by a friend of mine, after having several people out for quotes, i decided to go with them because of Bill. Bill was amazing, explained this thoroughly and gave us an amazing quote. They installed a few days later and by the time I got home it was already nice and cold inside. Kevin did a quality control check today which he took care of a few minor details and was nice and effective at his work.

We woke up this morning to find half of our house very warm! After doing some investigating, we found out one of our AC units wasn't working. We moved to town 2 years ago and have not had the need to establish a heating and air repair friend yet, but the first name that came to mind was Penguin Air & Plumbing due to word of mouth from our friends. We were past 10am calling and were told that they could get someone out same day. That alone impressed me. My husband was notified when the Tech, Sky, was on his way and that was a mere 45 minutes from our initial call in to the office. It turns out our system was shot - and Sky took my husband and showed him exactly what happened to our system. After that we agreed on the plan moving forward sitting down together and working out the details. Sky was very knowledgeable about how our home should be set up with a whole new system. We are very happy with the Customer Service we received. Can't wait to be cool again! Thanks, Penguin!

Our service tech Yunior was able to solve a tricky problem today! After a two service technicians worked 5 hours replacing a compressor on our 4 year old a/c unit, Yunior solved the problem today by tightening a wire in our electrical box. The payment we made yesterday will be refunded! This is an upright, honest business with a polite staff that truly puts the customer first. We couldn’t be more impressed with this business.

Was referred to 1st Mechanical from our home warranty company to come out and fix our dryer. We have had some pretty ugly companies come out in the past thru our home warranty company but NOT this company. They are very professional and accommodating. Over three years ago one of our A/C units stopped working. We decided to try a new HVAC company since we hadn't been happy with other companies we've used in the past. We have two A/C units, and the repair that had to be done was the exact same problem we had with the other unit. A&M fixed our broken unit, and the repair was far less then the cost of the first unit we had repaired 6 month earlier. We could not have been happier with their thorough honest work. The repair A&M did extended the life of our A/C's a few more years (which was the hope). Our units are now 20 years old and we've decided to replace them. The first call we made was to A&M Mechanical for a quote on new units :-)

SG Mechanical is our go to service provider for our AC. Our system is about 16 years old and SG has come out to fix it without pushing for a big ticket install. They do an excellent job communicating what is going on the with the system. Kyle is awesome, very knowledgeable and professional. We needed a major plumbing job done after discovering our old sewer line was collapsed. We use Day and Night for our air conditioning maintenance , and were impressed with them enough to call them when we had a plumbing issue with slow running drains with some backed up water. Unfortunately it was a big problem, and a big job to repair.Donny Bailey was in charge of our project, explaining the full scope of the problem, and the work needed to be done. He explained the process, the time schedule, and the cost. It was a team effort on the part of all the workers involved from Day and Night once work began. Dillon and Cody worked very hard, always polite, professional, and pleasant, as they put in exhausting effort every day. There were others too.. I wish I could remember the names of each one to thank them individually. Everyone worked very hard to keep things going to plan, and in the end it was a big relief knowing it was finished, and a job well done.We have nothing but good things to say about Day and Night. Everyone from the schedulers who first take your call, to the technicians sent to your home to do the work, is respectful, friendly, and are there to help you. They are very good at what they do. After acquiring other quotes and talking with other contractors and their products, Temperature Pro was very understanding and flexible with my requests, they were prompt, they were on time, they responded immediately, never left me wondering if they’re gonna call back! they replaced my HVAC system same day, working just fine, to return in three days as they said to completely check the system and make certain everything was to their standards ,when they left that day after making a couple of other repairs, not in the quote and not charged for because they wouldn’t leave without it right….. they did make it right ,thank you Temperature Pro! Very pleased with this company, their prices, just everything top to bottom, I have another unit that will be replaced next year and they are going to do that one also !

Just air has been great. I had them install a new AC and they are very responsive. When I've asked for scheduled maintenance. The technician couldn't be nicer, nor could the office.

Do not use this business! They wanted me to put in a new air conditioner for $7,000 and I got another company to fix my air conditioner for less than $400 They told me the part I needed was not available and I would need to get an entire new air conditioner. So I checked with another ac service who found the part and replaced it within 2 days.
