The price quoted was very reasonable and fair. The installation team was on time and worked together well. They were very respectful of property and cleaned up before leaving. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or a new installation.

We hired Penguin Air in November 2022 to troubleshoot a clog causing our master bathroom toilet to back up into the shower. Using a camera they were able to locate the clog and determine it was caused by holes on the bottom of the pipe due to age (50 year old cast iron pipes), and roots from a dead tree growing into the pipes outside. We then hired Penguin Air to replace the sewer pipes in the house and could not be happier with the results.Within a week of identifying the issue they were able to schedule us and complete the work. They were able to keep the damage to a minimum only needing to cut five holes in the floor to access the pipes instead of needing to trench the entire floor.Scott and Efrain were the crew leads, they and their team (Zach, Ryan, Juan, Connor, Jaxen, sorry if I am forgetting other names) did an amazing job to keep our house livable and as clean as possible for the whole project, and would take the time to explain tools, techniques, and their progress from start to finish.The 25 year warranty on the work gives us peace of mind that our plumbing issues should be sorted for the foreseeable future.I cannot thank Penguin Air enough for the great job and highly recommend them for any plumbing services you need.

I usually don't write reviews of places but felt responsible to post this information. I was recently receiving quotes for a tesla wall connector installation and the person performing the quote evaluation from this company was asking a lot of questions like how much money do you make, what type of tesla did you buy which I took as small talk in the beginning until I received my quote. The quote from this company was 3000$~. Other certified tesla installers are giving me quotes from 700-900$ for the same amount of work. I asked for an itemized quote from this company and was ghosted.

It felt like this company was attempting to take advantage of me and wanted to post as a warning to others to shop around and get competing quotes when interfacing with this business.

The simpler installations from other certified tesla installers are around 500-600$, so still triple priced based off of your quote. I would deem what you commented on what makes us different are what other companies consider to be basic requirements and are also including in their quotes to me. Leaving this review up, especially since the reply from the owner is complete and utter nonsense. Stop supporting predatory business practices.

I contacted my home warranty company because one of the HVAC units seems to be working harder, still cooling but turns on more then the other unit. Fidelity dispatched North Valley Mechanical to diagnose my HVAC (2 units). My daughter lives in this house. While North Valley tech was at the house she called to tell me the tech said the units are very dirty and would not proceed until they cleaned both units for $300 per unit. He was impatient with her and left after I said no to spending $600 before they would diagnose the units. I immediately called Fidelity to ask what my recourse was. I was told I could have any company clean the units. I contracted Bell AC to clean both units. Which Bell cleaned and also provided a detailed diagnosis of both units. Bell AC agreed the units are dirty, but not $300 per unit dirty. Also, we had the furnace looked at, via Fidelity, end of 2019. Not at any time were we told the units were dirty beyond the norm; it turned out to be the thermostat. After North Valley came back out, after Bell AC cleaned and diagnosed the units, North Valley is still saying the units are too dirty and will not service until they clean them. At this time, I am on hold with Fidelity to determine the next steps. I no longer want North Valley Mechanical near my units. Because of their conduct, I have no confidence they can properly diagnose what Bell AC already provided to me. Fidelity is reviewing if they can send another vendor or not.Update 8/26/2020: Fidelity will send another vendor to do the work North Valley Mechanical was dispatched to do twice and refused.

As first time homeowners, we were in a panic when our AC stopped working at 10pm in the middle of a Phoenix summer. We called Desert Diamond that same night and were greeted by prompt customer service from the dispatcher. They sent out JD first thing in the morning at 7am and he quickly diagnosed what was luckily just a clogged condensate line. He was informative throughout the process, educated us on preventative maintenance, and was kind with our dog that is timid of strangers in the home. Desert Diamond has our business from here on out!!

Our air-conditioning went out last summer. We had temporary fix. Had 4 bids Expert HVAC had best price. Our neighbor recommended them.

They came out explained what they were doing and got to work. They are the nicest group of guys. They tested everything and showed us how it works. Our ducts were a mess they fixed all of them now heating, and air is evenly distributed through the house.
We are so pleased with their work highly recommend them.

Jesus and Moses installed a new system at my little 1928 historic renovation project. When there was trouble the this summer, Tiffany scheduled Jesus to come the next day, and the fix (a bad capacitor) was simple, he was here a half hour, and everything was under the OEM warranty. What a great team!

Q was awesome helping me out with all the paperwork and details concerning the replacement of my new AC unit. He deserves more than a 5 star rating I’m giving him a 10 star review.

Best HVAC company in town!! Tim and Jarred installed a Halo Led air purifier in my system. These guy did a great job. On time, high level of knowledge, Covid complaint.
Tim and Jarred took the time to fully explain the installed product.
They also explained there other service.
I will now use them as my only HVAC maintenance service company

Your air conditioning always quits after 5pm on Friday night. I called A & M Mechanical and left a message. It said they open at 8am on Saturday. Amy called me first thing on Saturday morning. She said they could get some one out that morning. I was relieved since it was getting pretty warm out. Brad was at my place by 930am. Excellent service. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He didn't take long to diagnose and repair my air conditioner. I will definitely use A & M Mechanical from now on.

We called yesterday morning and I feel bad for not getting the woman’s name who answered the phone- but she was very helpful, was able to find my account quickly, and confirmed she was able to send Kevin out that morning. Our renters had messaged us the heater was not working, and we called Sun Devil right away- they were able to reset the thermostat (luckily nothing major!;) and in less than two hours from the time our renter let us know, it was fixed. It couldn’t have been easier, more professional, or faster service (& very reasonable fee- we did not feel overcharged at all). I am very appreciative and our renter even said “He was great!”. Thank you again!

We have used their services for several years and they have assisted us with everything needed to maintain a home in Az. We are only here in the winter months and they are totally in charge of our home while we are away. Our experiences with Jessica and Kevin have been the best. They have gone out of their way to accommodate all of our requests even dropping off our car at the Scottsdale airport and returning the car to our home upon our departure. I had my brand new air conditioner go out and King Mechanical. Came out with in 4 hours and found the problem. A roof rat had eaten thru the wiring. King Mechanical found the traces of a rat. They repaired the chewed up wires, and i bought a trap. End of problem. Thank you so much Francisco and guys for acting so fast on this.

This company is amazing and great to work with. Our AC unit went down several times over a three day period and they sent a tech each day that we called. Sam, the General Manager, even came out himself on a Saturday to get the unit up and running. We ended up having Temperature Pro replace our full HVAC system and they were able to fit us in rather quickly and did an outstanding job. Bradley came out on a Sunday evening to help with an AC issue. My AC wasn’t connecting to my thermostat. I was so worried my smart thermostat just junked out on me,I was totally bummed that I would have to pay a service fee for a problem that was unrelated to the issue. Sure enough Bradley checked a few things and then doubled check a few things and realized what the problem was. He fixed my wire, signed me up for a three year service package, and was on his way! I was with one of those “corporate” AC companies that would not even give an option to come out and look at it until the next day! These guys were out in the matter of an hour to fix my problem. Highly recommend.
