Stefan was nothing short of excellence. He was actually my 2nd choice on thumbtack but glad my schedule didn’t work with my 1st choice.
He was, in my opinion, affordable, best in class quality, and most importantly honest. He suggested and recommended a variety of solutions ultimately saving me money.

Last Friday I spent the morning at an Urgent Care because my wife was having trouble breathing. Saturday she was exhausted and asked me to turn on the AC to cool down the house and it shut right off. I tried turning the AC on a few more times then realized we had a problem. So I called Parker and Sons, and they were great! They were professional and scheduled a technician to come out the very next day. Sunday, the technician arrived. Chris was great! He was polite, professional and knowledgeable!e! He showed us pictures and videos of our unit and explained his diagnosis. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. He went over options with us ranging from repairing the unit to replacing it. We decided to replace the unit and we’re happy with the financing option we chose. The installation was scheduled for Wednesday and we were very pleased with the quick turn around. The installation technicians showed up as schedule. Ivan and Elijah were great! Again, very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They went over, in detail, how the installation was going to work. Upon completion, Ivan reviewed the work completed with me. showing me pictures of the installed unit. Again, showed patience as I asked questions about programming and using the new thermostat. From start to finish, we had a great experience and would highly recommend Parker and Sons without any hesitation! We had very little down time and a huge thank you to your entire team! Great work and great customer service service!

We needed a new garbage disposal installed. Alan came the same day I called him to inspect the situation and came back the next day with a new garbage disposal. He did a great job and we will definitely be using Springs Plumbing in the future.

Were here on time and installed my faucet in kitchen at a reasonable price. Friendly and helpful. Checked some other plumbing issues that I had at no extra cost. I’m definitely using them again!

I walked into the garage to find water leaking rapidly from our water heater. It was already damaging the plaster in the wall beside it!! We only bought our home 2 years ago and we're new in the area. Luckily, the previous owner had used a Sharpie to write a phone number on the water heater, so I called that number. It was Peace Of Mind Plumbing. Joe explained to me how to turn off the water and he came out same day. Long story short, he replaced the water heater. Problem solved. Like someone else wrote, Joe is Old School - in the BEST way!!! Honest, Hardworking, and respectful. He responded promptly, helped us get the best deal on a new water heater, and stayed until the job was done. (several hours). We have called him since for a plumbing back-up issue and will definitely call for any future plumbing issues!

Our family had the pleasure of getting a new AC unit this past week. Our apartment complex Montero at Dana Park contracted with Alliance and let me tell you...we met a gentleman named Able Chacon and he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, patient, took all clean protocols...I mean this guy was on point. From the moment they arrived on scene, to taking everything apart, his coworker Damien securing the crane...then finally putting everything together, running the new system for testing. Penguin Air & Plumbing was such a pleasure to work with. Scheduling was very easy and flexible. I received a couple of texts (including a brief bio & picture of our technician) and a phone call to update me on the ETA of our technician. Amir was the gentleman that came out to the house, and he was so wonderful! We had some unexpected repairs needed, and Amir took the time to explain everything (a few times so I could understand ?), presented a few options to resolve the issues, and was incredibly patient while we figured out what to do. It’s never easy parting with hard-earned money, especially if it isn’t planned. If you have to do it though, it’s nice to work with such professional and courteous people! And the customer service at Penguin is pretty outstanding as well! The air is back up and running, and we are cooler than ever, if you can believe it!
