I thought I’d try Hobaica because I needed work done quickly. Neighbors had said that they are not the cheapest, but they’re honest and reputable. I had a technician out to connect a gas dryer. He quoted me $260 but told me I should call Southwest gas first because there was a problem with the valve on the main, outdoor meter. When the Southwest Gas technician came, she said she didn’t know what he was talking about, that there was no need for him to be dealing my meter anyway, and she connected my gas dryer for free. Her jaw dropped when I told her how much the Hobaica tech had quoted me. So maybe other folks I’ve had good experiences but this was mine.

I wouldnt utilize anyone but North Valley Mechanical! Hands down the best. Years and years of history with them at every home and never ever disappointed!

Technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did and took pictures of meter readings and of work while in the process of doing the maintenance on the unit.

i hired expert hvac services last year to install a two ton unit for the upstairs and it operates better than my old one they just replaced. since i was so impressed i hired gabe and his installation team, patrick and tyler who does an incredible work install the downstairs four ton unit. they care about their quality of work and it showed. i don't usually have this great of an experience. cost for the work is reasonable, and the quality of the work is excellent. i recommend anyone needing of repairs or new a/c units call gabe at expert hvac services. they will not let you down.

Disappointing. We asked for our RO filters to be changed under our sink. It took 3 visits, 3 different techs, each visit lasting over 45 min. None of the 3 techs communicated to the other. And we had purchased our own filters.

Mike was very knowledgeable and kind and very professional. I would have no problem hiring him again for anything around the house. Top quality!

I reached out to A & M Mechanical last night as we discovered we had no cold air blowing out and our house was up to 85. We received an immediate response that they would change their schedule around and get out to us first thing between 8-9am which they did. Also best to turn off if not working which we did. By 10 am our home was cooling down and comfortable again. We were told it was an easy fix right away and obviously it was. What a pleasure it is to work with a company that is not only knowledgeable but customer service oriented and caring about their customers. We all know that is rare these days! Michael did a great job checking our AC units yesterday (2/19/20)and telling me what he found on each unit.

We have used their services for several years and they have assisted us with everything needed to maintain a home in Az. We are only here in the winter months and they are totally in charge of our home while we are away. Our experiences with Jessica and Kevin have been the best. They have gone out of their way to accommodate all of our requests even dropping off our car at the Scottsdale airport and returning the car to our home upon our departure. The service provided by technician Joe Kleinman today was exemplary. He was called to check for a carbon monoxide leak in our heating and air-conditioning system. Our smoke and carbon monoxide alarms were going off when we turned our heat on in the home. He thoroughly checked the system and confirmed that there was no carbon monoxide leak. He communicated with us so well and was very thorough in dealing with the situation. Everyone in the office was so helpful in setting up the appointments. This includes Cassie, Steffi, Michelle, Drew and several others whose names I can’t remember. Everyone is so polite and patient and helpful. I highly recommend The Day and NightHeating and air conditioning repair company and I look forward to using them in the future.I just realized that I forgot to write a review about the other technician who came to our house on the initial visit. His name is Ivan. Ivan was just as outstanding as Joe Kleinman. Ivan did the initial assessment of the carbon monoxide problem and then bumped it up to Joe who had more sensitive equipment. So Ivan took care of the first step in the evaluation and then Joe took care of the second. Ivan was equally as professional, highly qualified, extremely thorough and a great communicator. Both technicians were a pleasure to deal with! 5 stars all around!

Our ac went out at my personal home and Frank was quick to respond. We literally had a new ac installed the next morning. Then a few days later my business ac went down and Frank assessed it quickly. great well organized team here and I am looking forward to working with them in the future. First ac company I ever met that actually cares about their customers and has reasonable prices.

We had a troubled gas heater acting up. It took multiple companies across several days to troubleshoot. Nobody could figure out the problem until Dave got on the job. Dave provided impeccable service and worked through the problem over a holiday weekend. He showed up Monday and got it fixed. Great spot Dave!

Last Friday we had a flurry of pink snow falling from our dining room ac duct onto everything.

We closed the vent to stop the flow of cellulose insulation. I decided to venture into my attic the next morning. Fortunately there is excellent head room for me to walk it. I found the vent above the dining room and then it occurred to me, Why am I doing this? Even if I might have found the problem, I could also just as easily put my foot through my ceiling. Wisdom gained, I got out of the attic and called AZ Comfort.

The young tech, Mack, showed up on time. Very polite and equally professional. He went right into the attic and observed our entire duct and Air handler system. He came back down and commented about the professional way the 3 year old system was laid out. He checked everything and determined that what came out was a temporary burst of cellulose that had probably been there from the beginning installation but had now foundits way through our vent, hence no problem.

So, really there was no problem, but this young man quickly and professionally diagnosed the non-issue and took the time to explain everything. For less than a hundred bucks and less than 30 minutes, we became very satisfied with their (his) service.
