Quick and excellent service!

After our AC unit malfunctioned this morning, my husband got online to search for a repair company, as we didn't know who to call. He came across Penguin Air and Plumbing and we decided to give them a try. They quickly scheduled an appointment, and soon their repairman Troy was knocking at our door. Troy immediately set to work diagnosing what was ailing our AC system, and was able to identify the problem at once. The best part of all was Troy went out of his way to explain (and show us) what was wrong and how to remedy the situation in a way that was easy to understand, and that was right for us. Troy was pleasant, honest, and it was obvious he had our best interest at heart as he explained which direction we should steer in fixing our AC unit. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else but with Penguin Air and Plumbing and with their excellent repairman Troy.We will highly recommend Penguin Air and Plumbing, and Troy, to all our family and friends. Great professional service. Dammond and Ivan came out and did a wonderful job replacing my unit. Very satisfied with the initial inspect and work completed.

Mark and Amy have been lifesavers in our Arizona heat! My family has been a client for over ten years and we recently bought a brand new, energy efficient unit from them. A and M provides outstanding service with exceptional technical expertise and product knowledge. Perhaps the best things I can say about them is that being a busy professional, a) I receive prompt attention to any correspondence, b) appointments are on time, and c) I feel comfortable with having A and M in my home even if I am not. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with A and M and how grateful I am to have found them!

More like Valley's worst. My home warranty picked this company for my AC not cooling issue last month. 5 weeks, 2 start capacitors, 1 control board, 90° nights of restless sleep. I, my wife and 2 daughters were duped. Conversations with Chase were not optimistic, but felt like he was blaming me for a faulty ac. Are you kidding me. They just put bandaids on. I received authority to change service companies, my AC is working tonight after a new condenser fan motor was installed. It took 1 hour to do the job right. Could've saved weeks of misery. Beware! Don't hire these guys. They will lie to you about amp readings to not have to do their jobs. Pretty obvious what the problem was said our new hvac company.

This company is the best we have ever worked with. They were here and completed the job in record time. We highly recommend them, and could not have asked for nicer people to work with. They did everything they said and more. They are a five star company. Thank you so much.

The team at Four Seasons is awesome! The owners are always available when you need them and have questions, they also extremely knowledgeable within the industry. The Engineer Chris is fantastic, he is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service as well. I have used their services several times and is pretty much my go to spot when needing anything HVAC related.

Just Air came out late at night, when I couldn't get a hold of any other AC companies. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable and even wore shoe booties in my house! My unit was fixed in under an hour and we were cooling in no time. I am impressed and will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my family and friends. When your AC goes out and its over 100 degrees out its a nightmare, but Just Air came out quickly and saved the day!
