Steve W. came out last year (2022) in June to help fix a leak on our faucet in our guest bathroom. He was very kind and worked hard to find the problem. We were grateful. Fast forward seven months later to January 2023, and oddly, our same faucet began to leak again - in the same spot. We immediately called Goettl and they sent Steve W. back out. He recalled our issue from last year and got to work. Within just a few minutes, he found the issue with no problem. I had been pleased with their service until today. The service call I planned on paying for to see whether our wiring could be updated to be able to use a Google Nest was charged as expected. We declined the rewiring as it would was out of our budget, but they charged another $50 in addition to the original service call price to put stuff back together- literally what it said on the invoice. That's exactly what the service call fee is for which I had planned for and agreed upon, and no further action had been approved. I don't appreciate the nickel and diming.

My husband and I had AZ Perfect Comfort out to our home to address a problem with our AC unit. The service technician was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the problem the same day. The charge was very reasonable. The technician took pictures to show us what the problem was and what he had done to fix the issue. I know the owner John through membership in the Anthem Chamber. I wanted to have John's company out because he is a kind and trustworthy person. We had a great, easy experience from calling the office through completion of the work. We will be using them again in the future and highly recommend the company. Plus- John is a Veteran and we appreciate his service to our country and now our community!

Their customer service is terrible. I am not satisfied with whomever installed my air conditioners in my bramd new space. They act like they dont care about their customers.

Yes I'm doing a review on Nick tyner he came over and repaired my bathroom sink and had to do some extensive plumbing behind the wall was extremely knowledgeable timely courteous and clean I would honestly with the next time I need plumbing service not only use your company but request him as my tech have a good day.

Our septic was baking up into our showers and tub and the toilets were backing up. We had a well known plumbing company come out but the problem was not resolved and they wanted to charge us again to come back out even though they said it was guaranteed for 6months. We called at least 5 other pluming companies and they all could not come to check it for at least a week out. Then we called Ace plumbing. They came in less than 45 minutes. Tristan was our service tech and he is wonderful. He cares about what he is doing and he really wants to take care of you. He was determined to fix our plumping issues not just do a quick fix and leave. What I can say about Ace plumbing is this company runs on integrity. We feel like they really care about the people they are doing the job for. We got great quality work, a very caring tech at a very fair price. And they care a great deal about war veterans and senior citizens. This company is one that can be trusted to do what they say and get the job done right! Thank you for holding yourself’s to a standard above the rest.

Truly there service was great!

Tex did a great job fixing my AC that was not working correctly. He explained what was going on after so that I could understand and also gave me some tips on preventative maintenance.

Yogi is one of the most respectful, honest contractors I've ever met. He let you know what he's doing and why he is doing it. Takes pictures before and after. If he feels you need something extra, he explains why. He's very clean doesn't leave nothing behind. If you need any kind of air conditioning work I highly recommend Yogi.
