Mike from Hays Cooling and Heating was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he complete the work that we requested but made suggestions that other so called experts in the field have failed to make. Seems like a bait and switch type company - low inspect fee to get in the door and then what?Friendly person answered the phone. I asked if they did whole house humidifiers and the receptionist said, yes. Then she told me they would have to send a tech out to give me an accurate price to install a whole house humidifier system - that would only be fair to me. When I asked what equipment/product they installed for whole house humidifiers, I was put on hold to check.... then she cam back and said they don't actually the work she had told me they did. Oops. Too much selling and not enough listening!

The team was on time and very efficient. After the work was completed, I was provided a thorough report on everything that was done and a follow up call to touch base. It is really great to receive that amount of communication and information so we know the exact status of our equipment.

Tech called to tell me he'd be there in 40 min-and he was. He explained everything to me. Since technicians are not on commission, there's no fear that they will sell me something I don't need. He used his own hose, he set the thermostat settings and everything back just as they were when he arrived. 100% pleasant and professional experience. And I'm picky.

Chris came to service My AC unit today....did a tun if maintenance and did a fair honest job. Didn't try to upsell mein anything. Thx Chris for coming same day to sevuce our unit.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Pionair. Ruben installed a new AC and ductwork. This was done in a timely manner. He was friendly, very efficient, no mess left anywhere, explained step by step process. Home is nice and cool. Thank you for everything you have done!

I was very impressed with Arcadia Air, my air conditioning went out on a Saturday on the hottest weekend of the year. After a couple companies were unable to get on my roof due to the height, Arcadia Air was recommended. With only 1 call on a Monday night at 9pm I was able to get ahold of customer service and Mark was at my house by 10:30pm. Mark was awesome, he was able to get on the roof with the same length ladder as the other companies that weren't. He was very friendly and knew right away what the issue was and he fixed it in a matter of no time. I will definitely use Arcadia Air again! Great customer service, great response time, great quality of work!
