Dylan is a great tech and service provider. He is friendly, professional, and punctual. He's been to my house a couple of times, once during the summer heat at 115 deg plus..He filled my refrigerant and it really helped during that heat wave. I have been with Hobaica's for over 20 years and never disappointed!

My HVAC unit stopped working properly in the high Arizona heat. Unable to have the 12 year old unit repaired for a reasonable price, I decided to purchase a new HVAC. I researched several companies and had them come out to look at the unit and give me estimates for a new one.Frank Bristyan previously had his own company and he installed the current unit. His company had merged with North Valley Mechanical and I was able to have him come over and provide me with an estimate. I can't say enough about this man and this company. They gave me a great estimate figure including the extended warranty I wanted. They also rushed the installation process for me and installed the new unit the morning after Labor Day.With the house being over 91 to 95° for 7 days, I had to destroy all of my bottled, canned and jared food. I can't imagine what else I would have lost or had damaged if that had continued. Thank goodness for my friends who let me stay at their homes and for North Valley Mechanical for coming through so wonderfully on the quote and quickly on the install. Give them, and FRANK, a call!! You'll be glad you did!

We have used Desert Diamond Mechanical before. But never in our 35-year marriage and our 5 years in residence here in Surprise, Arizona have we ever had the top-notch service that Hayden provided us with. He cared enough about us to come back after his long day with the part he needed to fix our furnace. We are seniors and he just flat out cared about us. Heads up to his boss, Cody. Hayden is a keeper.

Our air-conditioning went out last summer. We had temporary fix. Had 4 bids Expert HVAC had best price. Our neighbor recommended them.

They came out explained what they were doing and got to work. They are the nicest group of guys. They tested everything and showed us how it works. Our ducts were a mess they fixed all of them now heating, and air is evenly distributed through the house.
We are so pleased with their work highly recommend them.

Water heater went out so we called goettl. They were able to get us on the schedule same Day thank goodness. Eric S was our technician and he was great. Got everything back up and running and showed me what was going wrong so I could trouble shoot the issue if it happens again in the future. Thx for the prompt service and for being awesome Eric!

I reached out to A & M Mechanical last night as we discovered we had no cold air blowing out and our house was up to 85. We received an immediate response that they would change their schedule around and get out to us first thing between 8-9am which they did. Also best to turn off if not working which we did. By 10 am our home was cooling down and comfortable again. We were told it was an easy fix right away and obviously it was. What a pleasure it is to work with a company that is not only knowledgeable but customer service oriented and caring about their customers. We all know that is rare these days! A big thank-you to A &M Mechanical for their exceptional service and very much deserves the rating of 5 stars. Chase the technician has been around 3 different homes that we owned and has been out even on a holiday he is so essential to us!!!

Tomer did an excellent job replacing our whole HVAC system quickly, efficiently and fairly priced. He explained everything to us and was very professional throughout the whole process. I will be referring him to everyone I know !

Seems like a bait and switch type company - low inspect fee to get in the door and then what?Friendly person answered the phone. I asked if they did whole house humidifiers and the receptionist said, yes. Then she told me they would have to send a tech out to give me an accurate price to install a whole house humidifier system - that would only be fair to me. When I asked what equipment/product they installed for whole house humidifiers, I was put on hold to check.... then she cam back and said they don't actually the work she had told me they did. Oops. Too much selling and not enough listening!

Anthony was the person who helped me out today, he was amazing, friendly and super helpful! He even cut down my tree branches which he didn't have to but he did it just to help me out! Was a amazing guy! Would recommend him and this company to help you.
