Awesome! Matt definitely got to work right away. I explained what was the problem under my sink, He looked at it, and knew how and what to do within a minute. Then It scared me that he did all he could with my water heater and couldn’t find the problem especially knowing it is a brand new water heater. He then tried what he “thought” would work And it surely did! I’m so glad he caught it! I’m very grateful and pleased with his patience and expertise!

Service person arrived as scheduled.He was very polite and professional,went straight to work. Found problem that needed to be taken care of and showed me a photo of problem and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. His name was Travis Vonau and I would highly recommend him.

The crew that was sent to my house to install a new AC unit were amazing! Dave , JC and Riley rocked it! The Job was completed in a timely manner as well as they were all very polite and respectful! I would also like to mention my service guy Matthew! He was very clear about what was wrong with my old AC and even made sure my sister and I had heat until the new AC unit could be installed! I cannot say enough good things about this company and its employees. My elderly mother needed a VERY large scope of work done including clearing roots and 60 years of buildup from her sewer lines, repairing all the damage from them and old pipe corrosion and replacing a cracked sink. Needless to say, on a fixed Social Security income, this was an extremely stressful and heartbreaking situation trying to figure out how we could manage this. Julian and Aaron went out to bid the project and these two gentlemen were exceptionally amazing. They spent 4.5 hours at her home making sure they were detailed, thorough and explained the scope of work in a way, even she, could understand. If that wasn't enough they then spent over an hour going through multiple finance companies until they found one that we could finance the entire project through which was truly a holiday miracle. They even took the time to help forward me all emails i needed since she insisted she didnt have email on her phone! These gentlemen were so patient and even laughing with us and genuinely seemed to care about the client not just getting the job. Then Skyler the project manager took the time to conference call me with them and my mother to go over all information, financing, etc. (I am the financial decision maker). I would highly recommend this company and they have earned a customer for life because of their patience and care during what was easily the most stressful situation yet I have faced being across the country and trying to coordinate repairs! I can’t say that I’ve ever worked with a more kind, honest and hardworking company. We filed a claim through Fidelity for our AC when it stopped working. Unfortunately, this happened during COVID, and everything is in shortage status or delayed. Tim worked with Fidelity to get us expedited on the process. Tori did an amazing job at keeping us updated throughout the waiting period. Mike (owner) called us to check in on things as well. I truly believe that we would still be forced out of living in our home if this company wasn’t involved in the process. They originally replaced a compressor for us, and then we found out that the coil and condenser needed replaced as well (1997 unit). They got the order into Fidelity, and then came back and replaced the entire unit. The amount of hours and attention they put into this project were amazing. Every person we dealt with was top notch, and we would absolutely recommend using them in the future. Thank you for saving our sanity and getting us back to comfort!

I reached out to A & M Mechanical last night as we discovered we had no cold air blowing out and our house was up to 85. We received an immediate response that they would change their schedule around and get out to us first thing between 8-9am which they did. Also best to turn off if not working which we did. By 10 am our home was cooling down and comfortable again. We were told it was an easy fix right away and obviously it was. What a pleasure it is to work with a company that is not only knowledgeable but customer service oriented and caring about their customers. We all know that is rare these days! As always, Day and Night was super professional, informative and thorough in their execution. I just purchased a new (old) house and the unit had a lot of issues they fixed every single one of them. This is the second home I have serviced by Day and Night and I wouldn't think to call anyone else. Super responsive and attentive. Fairly priced too, but above all, exceptional customer service! After having Scottsdale Air replace both of our HVAC systems in one day a few years ago and doing a beautiful job, I decided that we should have the also do the recommended annual maintenance. William came out today to preform the AC portion of the service and was amazing. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient and a real pleasure to meet. I can't overstate how much welove Scottsdale air and their wonderful staff.
