Every technician that we have had out, not because of problems but for basic tune ups, have been wonderful. Always very professional and willing to answer as many questions as possible to make sure we feel comfortable with the situation. I value their opinion and suggestions as they have never steered us wrong.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I had posted the review earlier in the day. Few hours later, I received a call from the Service Manager, Mr Eduardo Marquez. He was kind and understood the problem and frustration my tenant and I had to face.The company did send another tech who fixed the issue and also promised to refund the charges.In all, the company had fast service and a good resolution team. Thank you Mr Eduardo for resolving the matter.

Purchased a new unit in November, 2021. They came out to do an inspection last week since we were just starting to use it and want to ensure all was working well. Jonathan was on-time, professional and checked everything out. Prior to going with Comfort One for our new unit, we received bids from several other companies and they were the best in price and responsiveness. Locally owned and operated...only way to go. Give them a try, you WON'T be disappointed.

Jose from Sun Tech was phenomenal. I have had a hard time with AC companies, as I’m certain most homeowners in AZ have also experienced. So many have been unhelpful and/or untrustworthy.
