Adam Bunn was prompt,on time. He diagnosed our problem and gave us two options. WE bought a new water heater from Home Depot. He picked it up and installed installed it in 3 hours. He cleaned up afterward, and hauled the old tank away. He did a terrific job and Custom Plumbing should be proud of having such a great employee. Good job.

Update from previous rating: well it only took 4 different people to come to the house to figure out what had to happen to stop my floor from trying to erupt! Today 10/26, more than a month later, a supervisor finally came out to check on the issue, it was a quick fix, and certainly not worth all the aggrevation, but they did finally stand behind their word to make things right. This was my original post: I have been waiting for more than a week to find out why a manufactured home does not fit their standards for some of their services. It was good enough for them to install a 10,000 dollar unit, but my floor now rises because they tell me that it was installed wrong five years ago, even though it NEVER happened in that time. I also found out after the fact that my 10 year warranty does not cover labor, which is also an option I was never presented. I am hoping they come up with a solution, or I may need to pursue other options.

Professional response, straightforward diagnosis. Would definitely call them in the future if another issue comes up.

Cameron was quick to arrive and get the work done. Communication was great. I will definitely be calling them the next time I have an issue.

Joe was a perfect gentleman.show me all the things that were wrong and what needed to be done very neat and clean everything was done I didn't have to do anything for cleaning. I believe this is my 7th time using Option One. Usually it is a slow drain or a clog when I call them. I wouldn't keep using them if they didn't do their job. I had a slow bathroom drain today and the last time was a year and a half ago for the same thing. You have to expect that. The last time I called was for a kitchen clog, which was not as long ago, but the kitchen sink is still draining. I am happy with Option One and they are inexpensive compared with other plumbing companies.

When I called him, I was pleasantly surprised to hear the owner answering customer calls, he quoted an arrival timeframe and arrived accordingly, he was personable, knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to care about customer service and delivering results!

We had an unexpected mystery leak and Champion plumbing came to the rescue! They fixed the leak which was very extensive and improved some other aging plumbing on our property- all in one day. Everything was done in a quick and professional manner. They were great to work with. Shout out to Andrew, especially, for his service!
