Best Heat Pump Services in Phoenix AZ

Really expensive. Had them swap out a toilet. I provided the toilet which came with it's own donut, so no extra parts were needed. It was about a 20 minute, straight forward job and the charge was over $300.00. The technician did a good job and was very professional. So a five for their worker and a 1 for the pricing.

Jose Guevara, a plumber on the Penguin team was a joy to work with. He was friendly, on time, professional, with excellent craftsmanship. He not only fixed my problem, he improved my equipment by replacing faulty parts with better quality pieces. Thank you Jose, for saving me a lot of hassles filling my pool as we head into the hot summer heat!!!

This company replaced the AC in my wife's house and all was good until she decided to sell her house. The home inspector found where they had just cut out a piece of the truss on one end and ripped out the other end to get the air handler in. She fought with them to get it repaired. They quit returning calls until she threatened to report them to the ROC. Once they got the message they finally responded. She was afraid the pending buyer was going to back out wanted it fixed to code. NEVER again with Goettel.

Faster than a speeding bullet ... more reasonable than most competitors ... able to fix homeowner-error-created problems in a single bound. Called them at 2:30 on a Monday afternoon. Service tech was here and gone by 5:05. They even fixed a second problem I didn't know I had. Terrific service!!!
