I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

Highly recommend. First time building a new home on vacant desert land, homebuilder recommended A-American and I am so thankful they did. My direct contact was Ken and he was phenomenal. He helped me with things I didn't know and the process of everything. I was always updated on the progress of things. The actual installation seemed easy for them and even had a few other contractors compliment the system before it got backfilled. If I ever build another house, A-American can be sure to expect my call again!

We have used this company since 2008 for septic pumping. They did our initial inspection and 2 subsequent pumping. We even purchase our bacteria for the tank from them.
They have recently been bought out and ever since the service has been awful. It took almost 3 weeks and 4 phone calls to get a years supply of the bacteria. It took 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to schedule a pumping service, which they didn't show up for. So it took another call. They finally showed up damaged the filter, left the tank open (no backfill) and then wanted $1000 to replace filter. I said no and yo please come and backfill the tank. They said they would the next day. Guess what??? They didn't. I would recommend going with someone else. These guys have gone way downhill!

When you're used to taking hot showers in this 120 degree weather, a cold shower is not to my satisfaction. I called Anthony's Plumbing and they were able to replace my old water heater with a new one the same day. I HIGHLY recommend this company to all my family and friends. Belsito disconnected my septic system and connected me to the city sewer system. The work crew was always on time, competent, professional, hard working and conscientious. They did an amazing job returning my front yard to a pre-construction state.

Our A/C thermostat had been acting a been wonky for a while, so I decided to pretend to be handy and replace it myself. Being the brilliant home repair-man that I am, I did not read the manual and ended up blowing a fuse in the air pusher.

I called both Reddi Services, as well as Day and Night Air. Day and Night Air had someone readily available in the area, so I went with them. Unlike Reddi, they charged after-hours fees, but I just wanted my A/C running again. To keep the story short, Day and Night spent about two hours at my house only to charge me their service fee and tell me they'd have to come back during the day when they would likely have to re-run all of our wiring, costing at least $300/hour, assuming they finished before their after-hours prices kicked in.

After spending a hot summer's night with no A/C, I called Reddi Services to have them come out when I got home from work. I got home at around 5 to find Frank Mata from Reddi Services...well, ready. I gave him the run down of what happened the day before, and, after being appalled by what Day and Night wanted to charge, he took a look at what we had going on.

He quickly reprogrammed the thermostat correctly, and after trying to distinguish the wiring job that had previously been done, opted to disconnect everything and start from scratch in establishing the connections. He hooked everything up *correctly*, which ultimately fixed the problems that the other guy claimed would only be solved by running new lines.

All in all, Reddi Services ended up costing me $120 for quick, effective, friendly services, while Day and Night cost me $90 for a nothing more than some failed troubleshooting and a new fuse.

I waited a week to leave a review just in case the fix didn't last, but I feel safe saying that my A/C is currently functioning. My Experience with Reddi Services was great, and I recommend them to anyone with similar troubles.

Everyone at Coopers has always been really good to us and professional. Yesterday Justin was very patient and thorough even though it took him several tries to get the line unblocked. He kept at it and was pleasant the whole time. When he camera-ed the line and found the obstruction, it was his idea and his diligence to get past that first one to see if there were any more. There was a second obstruction and we would not have known without him looking farther down the line. We thank him very much for the time he spent here and we will be requesting him by name if we need help in the future!

The garbage disposal in the house I am renting was leaking. Was recommended Rooter Ranger from a friend. Jesse was extremely punctual when he came out and was very helpful in assessing what needed to be done and the cost for the work and made me feel like an extremely valued customer. We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Mr Rooter Plumbing has an amazing staff. Danny Try was the one that gave a quote and open the request service. He gave a very reasonable price and he was the one that remove the faucets, garbage disposal and the R.O system. Unfortunattely Dani had to go home to take care some personal issues and Dan Dein was the one that put my sink back and install new faucet, new garbage disposal and the R.O system. Both very professional, know what they are doing and very patient. Dan even said that my new faucet looks used. He commented twice and when he tested it, there was a hole in the cord. He patiently said: easy fix. Can you go to the store and get a new cord. He wait patiently and did an awesome job checking and re checking that there was no leaks. I recomend both Dan and Dany . Very pleased with my entire interaction with Jack Plumbing. I contacted 3 plumbers about scheduling the installation of faucets after our new countertops were installed. I got a call back within 10 minutes of contacting Jack . They were able to move up my appointment when the countertops were ready earlier than expected. The plumber was young, but the owner was in and out to give tips and help out as needed in the middle of his busy morning. The work was much better than if I had tried to do it myself and they stuck to the price they quoted me on the phone.

Not only Blue Plumbers take care of my initial issue, but they also went above and beyond by helping me out with another water valve as a courtesy. This level of service truly sets them apart from other plumbing companies. It is not always easy to find a good plumber that you can trust to get the job done right, but this company exceeded my expectations in every way.
