Excellent service and workmanship from Hays Cooling & Heating every time. They do our semi annual service to our heating and A/C units and can’t say enough about how happy we are with their entire team.

My hvac went out and I called 3 HVAC companies and Jimmy and Jose were amazing. They came in and were respectful and knowledge and made this purchase easy. They answered all my questions and reviewed everything. They put together 4 different quotes. Very happy with their service. The installation crew were equally amazing. I can only one name, Caleb and the crew got everything done efficiently, and they finished in a timely manner. A great company.

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Adam who came to see what the issue was did a thorough job. He also explained in detail as well as showed us the issue. Then Kevin and his crew came the very next day and completed the entire job in one day. Adam was awesome; Kevin and his 2 man crew were amazing!!! I am grateful that I called Goettl. I could have chosen to work with someone that was less expensive but the fact that Goettl is an established company along with the 25 year warranty sealed the deal for me. Stellar service. These guys needed to come out multiple times in a row to fix our heat and did so by ensuring we got the best price and they targeted the exact issue. They did so when it was convenient for us and I am so happy with the finished product. They weren’t pushy about needing a new unit, they did give us a quote for a new one when we are ready but didn’t try and sell us something we don’t need right now. I appreciated their honesty and very hard work.

I was shopping around for some AC prices and I came across Sun Devil Heating and Cooling as I had to buy and AC for a new home I had some concerns that the system would need to be balanced. The tech assured me that it may not need to be but if a tech was needed to rebalance the system. That they would send someone out to get it taken care of. It turned out the system did need to be balanced but they took care of all my issues in a timely manner.

Called in for an issue we were having with our heater and they came out the same day to fix it.

AC went out over night on a Sunday. EXCELLENT response. Never imagined I would have Kirkland at my door by 9:00 AM. He was very thorough in his troubleshooting and found a bad contact switch that fixed the problem. Lesser companies can be found who would take this opportunity to upsell a capacitor or other component. Kirkland fixed the only real problem, resulting in a very reasonable service cost - ALL ON A SUNDAY. How often does that happen? Good job.

The person that did the inspection was outstanding, I didn’t want him to leave. The sales rep was very good also, made options easy to understand without any pressure, and was great to talk with. The installers were were very well training and did the best Job I have had anybody do in my house! Really outstanding work, and super great people…seriously, your company is the best, I am glad you guys are here. Keep doing what you doing, it’s working, thank you, thank you~*.

Purchased an .75 ton 9,000 BTU Mitsubishi straight cool Mini Split 24.5 seer from Lincoln Air. After researching different brands, I decided on the Mitsubishi system. I received estimates from Lincoln Air and two HVAC companies for the same unit. Lincoln Air price was by far the best. The installation of the unit went very smoothly, the installers did a great job of hiding the wiring from the unit to the electrical box. I would highly recommend using Lincoln Air.

Everyone one I spoke with was courteous and professional. Daniel, the technician arrived well ahead of schedule. He knew his craft and explained what he was doing and why. Answered my questions and gave me suggestions and options for my situation. Clean and neat appearance. Great service.
