Jerry, with Hays A/C, and the company overall, provided top notch ? services at very competitive prices! They gave us definitive diagnosis of our system's problems, and even though we needed a complete replacement, they went above and beyond to bring in a loaner compressor while scheduling for the new system installation. Phoenix in the summer is hot, but Hays was hotter. Thanks guys!!

Two updates: The sales guy who does quotes didn't bother to tell us we had a 4 ton unit on our house. He said a 3 ton would be more than enough to keep it in the 70s in our house in the summer. The electrician who came out scratched up the front of my brand new expensive washing machine that I paid extra money for the color. He left our laundry room a complete disaster area. No one came to fix the drywall like they were supposed to. I had to clean up all the drywall and dust which I'm allergic to. The 3 ton unit can't keep up and now our house averages 87° in the afternoon and evening. We paid $8k to be miserable! We have had to purchase $1k worth of portable AC'S on top of what we spent and will have to buy more for every room. UPDATE: They sent out a supervisor who let us know the salesman and electrician were fired. The guy agreed that we did need a 4 ton unit. They replaced the 3 ton unit with a 4 ton and fixed the drywall. Nothing was done about my pretty new scratched up washing machine but I'm very thankful they resolved the other problems. Update again: The sales guy gave us a 3yr service warranty and now they're saying after a year that it's going to expire. We have tried to get a copy of our contract countless times. They keep saying they emailed it but we've never received it. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. I am so pleased with his work and will continue to use this company should any further plumbing issues arrive in the future. Thank you Tom!

AC broke on Tuesday, they came that night. Needed to replace the entire unit. No interest financing and very affordable option with a great warranty. By Thursday I had a brand new ac unit. They were expedient, professional and respectful. This was a great service. Matt was our serviceman and he got things done quickly and perfectly. I first called HVAC when our furnace completely gave out in a cold snap. After fixing that replaced an old AC unit. Because the old wiring system has given the techs some fits they have come back out twice and straightened it out. Each time they responded same day and the techs were patient and professional. I highly recommend them.

Great experience with Klein Heating and cooling. I called on a Tuesday late morning after a holiday, so they were booked until 10 pm but were able to come out the next morning. They were super nice and identified the issue immediately. They offered advice on how to avoid the problem I had and were very thorough. Prices are reasonable. Will def call again if I have another problem.

I really liked that the owner came to my condo on a Sunday and I had a new A.C. unit installed the next day. The job was very hot and in a really tight space, and the technicians did a great job in a professional manner. I highly recommend using Sun Devil, and would not hesitate to use their service again.
