Best Heat in Phoenix AZ

We just had 3 showers installed and we are very pleased with the outcome. The showers are beautiful and a fantastic upgrade. Our installers, Dana Gannon and Todd Hoyt, were professional, on time, and very hard working. They kept us apprised of the progress of the job at all times. We greatly appreciate their skill and hard work. We would recommend them and Dreamstyle to anyone. Ed, our Project Manager, covered all our options and did all measurements. We appreciate his great work.

TWD was able to complete job earlier than expected, and the work they did on ceiling repair made it look better than new.

We first contracted Joe and ABA to remodel our master bathroom and replace the cabinets in the guest bathroom. We were so impressed that when we decided to remodel the kitchen they were the first and only company that we called. I love the new kitchen!! I would recommend ABA to anyone considering a remodel job in their home.

Shannon and his company provided a build out of a 2400 square foot office condominium investment property I purchased. Having never done anything like this before, Shannon and his team were patient and helpful with every aspect of the design and buildout. we now have a tenant who loved the building and signed a 5 year lease.

did not give a quote on time but kept our $5000 deposit against which we got nothing - no estimate, no design, no drawing and no permit. they said just to show up they charge that much.

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.

I must say: Baikal Mechanical is the real deal. They made it so easy to get exhaust fan motor replacement for an affordable price. They were much more affordable than other local businesses who could’ve done this for me. Plus, I got a good vibe when I reached out and spoke to their customer care rep. Love when trusting my gut leads to companies like Baikal Mechanical. Very good chance I’ll be a repeat customer of theirs eventually.

The only people to call if you’re having an issue with your HVAC! The owners, Amy and Mark, bent over backwards to help get my heat up and running again- they personally picked up the needed part and delivered it to their excellent technician at my home. They were spot- on about what needed to be done, didn’t try to up-sell me to newer units and were reasonably priced to boot!

Millennium Commercial was able to get our heated floors working properly using the temperature outside without overheating our rooms. A problem we have used several technicians to solve. Thanks to Mark, we now get the comfort we paid for. I will never use one of the mainstream companies again. I wish we would have used them from the start.

Live in Queen Creek and called after hours as AC blowing hot air. Great response, tech came out within an hour and unit now working great. Great service , great response and reasonable. How can you go wrong. Thx guys !

We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.
The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.
We've called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back she's out in the field. Or we get, I'll have Anna call you back since you've spoken to her before.
We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that it's disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays it's fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.
After a week I called because we never heard back
During that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesn't need this and hung up on me.
I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).
My advice is to avoid this company completely.
We don't want them touching our home because if it's this hard to get an update, I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.
We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.
Do Not do business with these people!!!!!
