The pipe connected to the sink in our laundry room had hole and we had a minor water flooding problem. I e-mailed this company hoping someone would at least reply my e-mail. Things went extremely well from that point: not only my e-mail was replied almost immediately but a phone call followed right after that, the owner was at our house in about one hour or so to look at the damage.
I had a great first impression and that continued. He quickly set machines to dry the wall, communicated with a contractor to estimate the damage. They negotiated with my insurance company and somehow managed to take care of the bill for us.
It is a wrong story so I omit the detail but a similar thing happened again after a month. I e-mailed Tom Hodge, the owner, and again he took care of all for us. He went extra miles to contact plumber, handyman etc. to quickly resolve the whole problem for us.
It is our strong impression that this is a good company owned by honest hardworking person. If whoever reading this review happen to have water damage, I can easily say that this is the company to call.

So happy to have discovered that this company is now doing water damage. Their service was prompt and I love the attitude these guys have. Highly recommend .

Anthony was very responsive to me, (even on Easter Sunday) and kept me in the loop with what was happening at my home I am 2000+ miles away and had the utmost confidence that he and his team would provide the best service for me and my home. They're the Quick Action Reponse Team to call!! After those big storms in Tucson they were at my home within 2 hrs of notification. Jason & Mariah sent out Alozono, Robert with their team members to my home. They did a great job with tarping my roof, removing drywall & mold removal. Very professional & friendly too!

He was prompt with the appointment to review the job and provide a quote and then the crew was on time each day to get it done. PuroClean did a great job cleaning up our property from a plumbing leak. It took a while to pinpoint the source of the leak but the whole time the place was kept clean and dry.

These guys were fast and self-managed which was great 'cause I had stuff to do and wasn't able to be interrupted. Thanks so much for fixing our garage ceiling!!!

For now on me and my family will always use 911 restoration for any water damage an repair in my homes.

First of all I wouldn’t listen to the other negative reviews because these guys were amazing! My family’s home burnt down and we were devastated. After much research we chose to go with DriRite-CMG3. They were amazing from the start! Paul kept me informed every step of the way and made me feel at ease with the whole process. The workers came on time and work was performed and completed when they said it would be. Very clean and professional work! And they were even able to rebuild my custom cabinets in my kitchen that I loved! I would not look anywhere else! They are the best!

My bathroom had water damage and they came out and fixed it quickly. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions They also answered all of my grand children’s questions

I had four microfiber dining chairs cleaned in my home. The Tech was so friendly and polite, and the chairs looked like NEW when he was done. He took 5 rugs to be cleaned at the facility. The Tech who brought them back was also very friendly and courteous. I would recommend COIT to anyone.

Quick, easy, explained service before handling. Needed my bathtub drain to flow again. Roto-rooter is way overpriced, but these techs (Mason and Quinton) got the job done quick and cleaned it all up.I have no major complaint about the technicians. I just feel like I paid too much for what I got. The bathtub was not draining because the trip-lever had broken off and fallen into the closed postion. They cut off/removed the drain overflow cover because the screws were rusted over and removed the hardware of the trip-lever which had broken off. They didn't replace the overflow cover or remove the stumps of the rusted out screws.For this I paid $457. They didn't install anything. There were no parts and barely a 1/2 hour of labor involved. I was initially shocked by the estimate, but I agreed to it. I signed the papers. I just didn't feel like it was a great value.

We were about to have over 50 guests show up for a graduation party for our children when my wife discovered a leak in our garage- OH NO!!!! I had a friend refer R2 Fire and Water.
