I would be weary of suggesting Penguin to anyone. It took multiple visits over a few week span to diagnosis a heating problem.When they came out as part of the membership deal to do a plumbing check, they missed several issues and misdiagnosed others.They are affordable, but it seems you get what you pay for.

The Indoor Air Quality team rocked it. They were polite, professional and thorough. They taped off and covered up my furniture, then went to town on cleaning 26 years worth of dust and grime from my ducts. While doing so, the discovered two home made destructor plates that had been installed in the vents by a previous owner. I asked them to remove them and now believe that could have been the source of my heating and cooling problems. If so, then the service will have paid for itself in terms of lower electric and gas bills over the next year.

My neighbor recommended this company to me and I am so glad that he did! My AC went out in August, in AZ! They responded to my calls immediately and had a repair man to my house very quickly. I had interactions with the owner and a few of their employees. Every single person in this company were professional, knowledgeable, and just down right kind. I am not sure if this is a family owned and operated business but it sure felt like one. Our upstairs heating was out. Amy sent a technician over the same morning. Brad, the technician, identified the issue and had us up and running within 2 hours. Kyler was tech for plumbing. He was great. He also helped to take out and install new dishwasher after changing out all the old, stuck valves and repaired toilet.Jaz was tech for AC check up. Also great and very professional as well.Both guys are a 5 star team.Jaz was back to replace filters for HVAC system. He was quick, friendly and efficient and a pleasure to work with as always.

I contacted TemperaturePro and spoke to Mike. I was only available to have my air conditioning checked after 5:30pm. Mike called Enrique and he came over, aftet hours and cleaned out my air conditioning system. It was full of gunk. Enrique did a great job and did not leave until the job was complete. I appreciate his hard work. I highly recommend this company.
