Designated technician,ZED was quite friendly and (appeared) knowledgable and reasonable(considering my particular circumstances)...Gave me bad news about my system issue(s) but i already expected it,since damn thing is now INOP,,but not FUBAR as many inexperienced NEWBIES would state due to age of the unit..I have signed up for their maintenance plan as it has beneficial services for the LONG term survivability and operation of the system. Up to this review,,so far so (very) good. 23may2022 I hope they are reliable and honest...Will update soon,also.

I had an emergency call after hours for a leaking AC. The dispatch service was awesome, got me on the schedule right away for that night. Jeff, the service tech, called immediately after we hung up with dispatch and said he’d be over in 15 minutes. Thank goodness!! He was very professional and helpful. Explained what happened to the unit and gave me a very reasonable quote. Jeff fixed the unit up right away and sent me everything via email for my records. Would definitely use them again, and I’ve already recommended him to a friend!

i need my ac to be looked at cuz it wasn't cooling corrctly and i had called another company and said we needed a whole new unit over $10k. and when i called them it was just and easy fix cost me less then $5k. Moises was awsome.

I had Day and Night install 2 Trane units with an air scrubber about 2 years ago and they have been maintaining the units since.They are always professional, keeping you updated on arrival times and enter your home with booties and also masked up during this pandemic.My latest tech was Antonio S and he was very pleasant and got the maintenance done without getting in the way of the household.I have recommended the company to friends and will keep recommending them.

Temperature Pro and General Manager Sam Barrow were extremely timely and professional. They have a very informative evaluation of my unit and were transparently honest on the performance on my current system, and the potential for a new unit. Would use them every time.

Carlos Padilla is very Professional and helpful. He explained everything that was wrong and fixed it and recommended future items to save for that would need to be fixed later on so I know what I’m dealing with. He is very thorough. Last year in the dead heat of summer we had Ethan Cardis as our technician when our AC went out. He was absolutely wonderful getting us up and running again. Today one year later he arrived to do our system maintenance. His services were once again superb. His customer service is outstanding and he is very caring and professional. We couldn’t be more pleased with George Brazil Company. From the initial phone call to set up the appointment, to completing the business transaction with Ken, to Valentino and crew getting the job completely and perfectly finished. I don’t believe I have ever seen a company crew work so diligent and hard like these men did. It was a hot 104 degrees day and with our ac out, it was hotter in the house and these gentlemen worked their tails off every minute that they were here for 14 hours installing 2 units and installation with No lunch break either. God bless each and every one of them. Valentino was outstanding and explained everything and was very thorough with his explanations and details. Extremely a very hard-working man and just fantastic! I highly, highly recommend George Brazil to everyone and guarantee you will be completely satisfied.

Daniel was very professional, courteous, and detailed. We had him come out to run a whole system check on our HVAC residential units. He didn't just check the outside units. He checked all the ducts, attic, venting, took temperature and pressure measurements as well as photos. I received a full report - which I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough he was. He also had patience to answer all my questions and mentioned maybe to keep the dog inside while the systems dried since he had used some chemicals to clean the units. In addition, he was honest, and said everything was great. Didn't recommend any changes. I really appreciate that kind of service. And if something does fail, I definitely would recommend them.

No need to explain actually because we've been on the phone multiple times If I was able to post the recordings of the phone calls I would have but the recordings are there I would definitely appreciate it if you would stop calling my phone though
