A/C stopped working on a Friday evening called Penguin air the were able to come out on the day that I called. Upon arrival (about 2 hours after I called) Alonso completed the inspection of the unit and I was informed what the problem was and the cost of repair. I approved the repairs and they were completed in a timely and efficient manner. I was very pleased with the service I received.

We've used Scottsdale air multiple times to fix issues with our air conditioner which had nothing to do with anything they did. They are always responsive, nice and so very helpful. The prices are fair and they always explain everything did and checked. Recently our outside drain pipe broke they came over and fixed it quick. Highly recommend them!!!!

I called for a system maintenance a month ago and today, the day they are supposed to come out I received a call to cancel and reschedule due to having emergency calls that take precedence. I called to reschedule and was told I could not get an appointment until Sept. because of emergency calls. This makes no sense. How can you have nothing but emergency calls for the next 4 months and not schedule maintenance. I told the customer service that the whole reason to have maintenance appointments is so I don't have an emergency. This is a terrible business tactic and I would not recommend George Brazil to anyone.

My home warranty company (AHS) sent Crispy Air out to fix my heat/ac unit. I had some reservations after reading some reviews here, Yelp and other places. Korey was my tech and he fixed the problem within about 15 minutes. He was nice, prompt and professional, 5 star experience for me. I hope Crispy Air is the company my home warranty company sends out if I have any further issues.
