This is an amazing company. Jesse was very kind and gave great service. He properly explained exactly what he was doing and was very friendly. Even got a call from someone higher up and asked how the service was and if I was satisfied. Bradley came out on a Sunday evening to help with an AC issue. My AC wasn’t connecting to my thermostat. I was so worried my smart thermostat just junked out on me,I was totally bummed that I would have to pay a service fee for a problem that was unrelated to the issue. Sure enough Bradley checked a few things and then doubled check a few things and realized what the problem was. He fixed my wire, signed me up for a three year service package, and was on his way! I was with one of those “corporate” AC companies that would not even give an option to come out and look at it until the next day! These guys were out in the matter of an hour to fix my problem. Highly recommend.

The middle of the summer in Phoenix Arizona and my air conditioning goes out...
I called and Chris was so considerate and accommodating, within an hour Michael was at my door! He was professional and knowledgeable, he fixed a few parts and I was feeling the cool Air again!
I read reviews although I've have never written a review; but in this situation I'm so Grateful and impressed with their service I just had to share.
It ended up being 111degrees Yesterday! Today 117!

Skylar was very knowledgeable about our system, knew exactly what the problem was. He is very easy to communicate with. He does an excellent job!

Shower valve gave up and I couldn’t shut off the water going full blast into a tub. I had to shut down the water to the home, but due to a very recent and painful surgery I needed the water back on ASAP and unable to do it myself. P&S jumped on it and scheduled us for a very fast response. Michael was here by 2:00 pm and by 2:30 our issue was repaired. Polite, efficient and professional company and employees. They may cost a bit more than others, but they made up for it in several ways. A huge thank you to everyone.

GREAT, I purchased a new HVAC system from them a few years ago. The system came with a 10 year waranty, they come out every year, take the system apart, clean and check everything, and put it all back together, great Arizona company.

Finding good service providers is part of a simpler, kinder life, I feel. Mears is one of those for us. For the past few years, Mears has helped us out several times. Every person who has come to our home has been genuinely nice and professional. I have been impressed by their communication skills (both the business and each tech we have met). They have kept us informed with arrival time call/heads-up, clear description of problem and solutions, any delays due to obtaining parts (which they expedite as much as they can), honesty when a problem is confusing and willing to call up the line of expertise to find best options (and explain), costs and time estimates. I ask questions and they give patient, complete answers, never patronizing. Top notch. On one occasion, they did the research for us on a Trane warranty we didn't have paperwork for...and made necessary contacts to save us much expense. Highly recommend!

Brandon and Nick were excellent! They were here to perform a home inspection of all of the plumbing. They had to replace the anode rod in the water heater. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them

We use Five Star for all of our HVAC needs. We were referred by word of mouth and bought 2 A/C units a little over a year ago. Tim sold us the units and Tony and Ashley installed the units. Everyone was very polite and professional. The install was on time. We couldn't be happier with these Ion units, they work great and we saved a ton of money on our electricity bill this past summer. We had a couple mishaps with programming the thermostat and the drip pan. Each time we called, the office was very responsive and sent a technician over to address the issue and fix it immediately. Tony, Ashley, and Chuck have all been here on repairs and have been awesome to work with. I highly recommend Five Star for all your HVAC needs.
