Jared was great! He was very knowledgeable about the issue with my water heater and was very professional. The company gave me a courtesy call prior to his arrival, which helped with my dogs. Their prices for replacing, installing and hauling away the old one was reasonable and highly recommend Hays Plumbing & Drain.

We called Promise for a broken HVAC blower motor after our landlord went incommunicado and we were stuck figuring it out on our own.

The receptionist was attentive, knowledgeable, and was able to clearly communicate the repair process. They booked us a time exactly when we had hoped, three days out, and gave us an estimate that everything would be able to be completed at that time.

The owner, Jesus Montes, arrived promptly at the arranged time and inspired confidence immediately. He is articulate, professional, friendly, and was able to quickly diagnose the blower motor. His quote commanded in the upper end of the expected price range, however Mr. Montes exceeded all expectations for quality and quantity of service so we felt his price were fair.

Mr. Montes, within 2 hours of arrival, completed the repair of the blower motor and provided us with documentation in pictures of the repair as well as personally showed us the old motor and problem. He sat down with us to discuss possible other issues to work out and was helpful in signing the waiver of lien and preparing the invoice in a way the state advises us we needed to legally deduct these costs from our rent.

Our system has been working well since and we highly recommend Promise and Mr. Montes as an efficient and competent contractor

I have used this family-owned business for 15+ years. I call them for yearly service and I have purchased a new unit from them. During the annual spring inspection, the technician took pictures and explained what should be repaired to avoid an A/C breakdown in the summer. He was really good at answering our questions and giving us estimates. We also asked whether it was time to consider getting a new unit. After giving us pros and cons, he responded, “it’s up to you.” There was no pressure to spend our money. We opted to go with the repairs which were completed in a timely manner and our A/C is expected to run efficiently another 5 years.

I have an older house that requires some HVAC maintenance from time to time. My house uses 3 separate A/C systems. Almost two years ago, since I was having repeated issues with my old systems I decided to purchase 3 all new Trane A/C systems. They replaced the condenser outside, the air handlers inside, and installed new wi-fi thermostats. The installation and everything went great!

The new systems were installed in October of 2019 and so I didn't really get to push the A/C hard until the summer of 2020. Before agreeing to have them replace all three units, I expressed concerns that my master unit doesn't seem to be able to keep up with demand in the hot summer months. Eric Johnson, the sales professional, showed me how he calculated the size of unit to use and assured me that if we still had issues he would make it right. In July of 2020 when it started getting really hot, I noticed that the A/C in the master was struggling to cool the room even in the middle of the night.

I immediately texted Eric. He came out with the technician the following morning and they proceeded to make many adjustments and test things out. It seemed as though there was some sort of obstruction in my duct work or the ducts just weren't arranged properly. Their testing showed that the air coming out of the air handler was coming out at the proper rate and much cooler than the air going in. Everything from the equipment side was working as it should.

Eric spoke with the owner of Scottsdale Air and he agreed to install a new larger system to replace the system that was only 9 months old, at no cost to me. So to put this into context, Eric showed me how he calculates the size for the unit required (the other 2 units work perfectly) and that is what I paid for, then they showed that the equipment was working as expected and that the duct work in my house was likely the cause of the issue, but they still replaced my system with a bigger A/C unit than I should really need and they charged me nothing for it. The A/C in my master bedroom now works great! I was able to cool the master from 75º to 70º at 7:00pm in past couple of weeks when the highs outside were around 115º. It only takes about 1 hours to cool the room down now. I couldn't be happier.

These guys really know how to take care of their customers. All of the service technicians (Scott is the man), the people that answer the phones, Eric Johnson, and the owner all go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I will be a Scottsdale Air customer for life!

My AC went out last week and needed to be replaced. It was 110 out and AZ Perfect Comfort was able to replace it in 2 days where everyone else was at least a week. Excellent customer service and workmanship. I highly recommend.

Jeremy is awesome! Best A/C maintenance person I have ever had. He has been servicing our Trane XR17 unit that we had Alien install in 2015 for the last several years. Happy with the install and the unit. Jeremy is professional, very personable, knowledgeable, offers quality service, communication, etc. In short...he is great to work with and a breath of fresh air in the service industry! Highly recommend.

All of the staff at Lincoln Air are professional and exceedingly helpful. Right from the beginning of the process I felt comfortable doing business with them. They are attentive, courteous and prompt. They went above and beyond what I contracted for and that is a rarity these days. I have no doubt they will be willing to provide whatever I need in the future. BIG kudos, I highly recommend them.

Lovely experience with front office, I think. I was quoted the price on the website and scheduled promptly. The tech came out dressed as a good ole boy. Never introduced his companion that wasn’t wearing the company uniform or identification. Talked about the situation and then stated he would need to clog the system in order to find out what was wrong. While he complained about a bad hip and struggled to get off of my short, not overstuffed loveseat, his partner quickly went down the hall and began to put stuff down the drain. When I asked if was planning on cleaning the clog he was making for free he said “no”. I told him not to break what wasn’t broken, he told me a price for the camera service that was over $400 more then I had been quoted. He told me the website price was just for him to show up. Bait and switch on an elderly widow.

Comfort One came out immediately when we called. We are a dental office and needed our air fixed as soon as possible. They helped us right away and it is nice and cool in here again. We really appreciated all of their help. Thank you so much guys....Dr.C and Staff

My system is 5 years old. Technician told me the capacitor was bad. As a technician myself I agreed with the diagnosis. The tech had a new capacitor and as the tech started climbing up the ladder said I would not like the price. It is $580 dollars. I said ya right thinking the tech was kidding me. I own several properties and had just replaced a 45+10 capacitor at one of my other properties. The same capacitor at that property was $85 dollars. Now not only was I told the capacitor was bad but also the expansion valve was bad and needed replacing. I asked how was that determined and was told they could tell just by looking at it. Knowing that was impossible I asked her to reinstall my capacitor and I would pay for the service call and get my unit repaired by a more reputable company. I asked what was the price for the expansion value and was told I really would not like this price either. Just the refrigerant will cost $1000 plus the cost of the expansion value and installation. Needless to say I declined. I ordered the same 45+10 capacitor for $50 the tech wanted to sell me for $580 on Amazon and replaced it myself. AC nows works perfectly. I would highly caution anyone to do your research and not get scammed.
