Where do I even begin? Purchased 2 new systems, new ducts and added insulation back in April for a late May install. It’s not July and we are still not fully up and running. To say we are disappointed in the service we received post purchase is an understatement.

I PAID HIS $59.00 TRIP FEE AND SAID NO WAY.I CALLED ANOTHER SMALL SHOP, HE ARRIVED WITHIN A FEW HOURS, USED HIS OWN VALVE AND AFTER AN HOUR GAVE ME A BILL FOR HIS ESTIMATE OF $175.OO. I RETURNED THE UNUSED VALVE FOR $99.00. TOTAL COST $76.00!!!!
