This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Some of the best customer service that I've received in recent memory! The tech was polite, professional and timely.More impressive though was that when my air handler went out on a Friday after closing and after they had just ordered the part I needed, I called and left them a voicemail on Saturday letting them know that it had completely stopped working. Even though they were closed, I received a text message within an hour of my voicemail with an update and estimate of when I would hear from them on Monday. True to their word, I received a call first thing Monday morning to update me on the part arrival.I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them just based upon their quality work and customer service alone!

Our AC went out 10 minutes to Sun Devil closing. They arrived the next day and Jesus apologized when I told him we had a hot nights sleep. The issue seemed to be the breaker which Jesus offered to purchase a new one and install. I agreed and well worth it instead of waiting on an electrician. Jesus offered some great suggestions on keeping the electrical box cooled moving forward and changing out my filters. I wouldn’t want my AC to go out again but if it does we hope to see Jesus again.

I've had Scottsdale AC out several times to fix problems. They are always competent, responsive and helpful. They've come out several times on very short notice. The technician is very thorough and explains everything he did. I've been very happy with their service.

Review and update... owner came by on Sunday, early in the morning, and fixed the AC unit in 15 minutes, something about a capacitor. HE didnt need to. Apparently, even though we have home warranty, the insurance only pays for normal business hours, so sunday was definitely not normal hours.
It seemed that the weekend person hadnt arrived at my calls so no one knew about my problem.
Once all the messages were written and reviewed, my problem with the AC was fixed less than 24 hrs later.
I'm very thankful since my 9 month old baby was able to sleep through the night.

We're coming up on four years since Alien Air Conditioning installed the new (at the time) heat pump HVAC on our home. It has been one of the smartest upgrades we've made towards our home. The unit they installed still blows cold or heat as needed while using far less electricity to run. The guys from the company walked me through everything they were doing and they genuinely cared about doing business with us. Yogi is one of the most respectful, honest contractors I've ever met. He let you know what he's doing and why he is doing it. Takes pictures before and after. If he feels you need something extra, he explains why. He's very clean doesn't leave nothing behind. If you need any kind of air conditioning work I highly recommend Yogi.

I have used Lee Collins for years and been terrifically happy. I understand it was recently sold, and the service is definitely not the same. First, they didn't have my records. Understandable - records do get lost in transitions. I asked if the same people were there - yes, they were. A new guy came to the house. Joseph was very nice. However, he didn't come with appropriate tools to do the job. He asked if I had a short ladder to check vents and returns in the house. He said he had one on his truck. I got the ladder. To enter my attic from the outside, his extension ladder was too big. So I got my extension ladder for him. I have a hard time believing I'm the only person in a ranch home with a split unit up in the attic. My attic opening is per code, so what???? On the invoice it says I insisted [I] would clean her own coil on ground. Nope, he told me he would take out the leaves on the bottom this time only, that this wasn't what the call was for. I would have to have someone come back and do a deep clean if I wanted the coils cleaned. I asked what exactly a deep clean was, and it was hosing off the coils. I said I could do that. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Josh fixed the issue on my tub spout at a fraction of the cost of other places. He saw the problem and gave me multiple options on how to fix it (with just the one problem or swapping out the whole system.) Josh understands budgets and I’m am very happy with his work. I will call again.
