We had a horrible sewage backup at our brand new rental in both bathrooms 3 days after moving in. Our property management hired Moon Valley to come and fix it and I’m glad they did. Noah immediately got on the roof and started working and in less than a hour the problem was fixed. They arrived on time and I was more than satisfied with the work that Noah did. Highly recommend!

This company separates from the rest that I called for quotes.
The owner of this company was honest, upfront, didn’t set appointments for a day or two, and GREAT price. Sent a worker same day within a couple hours got to my house and finished the job quick.

Other companies try to to scare you making it seem they literally need to lift the house up to unclog a drain. They can’t bs a bs’er. So i went who put it straight to me and it was this company.

Both Dans were great to work with and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated their expertise and knowledge. There were a few younger team members who were involved in the various on-site appointments who were equally polite and professional, but didn't have Dan Sn. or Dan Jr.'s expertise, and I am particularly appreciative of the Dans' knowledge. Only area for improvement would be cleaning up after the work is complete, but in the scheme of things that's a pretty small complaint compared to how much I appreciate what the Pruitt's Plumbing team did to help us. Had to close the shut off valve of my home's main water supply to do a small DIY plumbing repair. Unfortunately, it went belly up when I went to open it back up, leaving me with no water. Luckily, I had saved Tutko Plumbing in my contacts years ago after being happy with their service. AJ was quick to rearrange their afternoon schedule so I wouldn't have to go another night without water. He was courteous, communicative, and made quick work of replacing the old valve with a more reliable ball valve and swapping out my old crusty hose bib, too. Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I had Timothy, and he was a delight! He is a man of integrity with such a joyful heart. Timothy took care of everything and was kind and professional. I definitely would welcome him back to my house!

Scott is reliable and gets the job completed In a professional and timely matter. My experience has always been the best. When my AC unit needed repair he quickly came out and fixed my unit.
