Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

NVM installed our A/C unit in August 2013 and we can’t be more pleased with the service by several technicians since installation. Early Saturday morning I stepped into our bathroom and instantly found myself standing in water. There was a huge water balloon hanging from the ceiling dripping water onto our floor. After a brief cleaning I arranged for a large bucket to catch the water but didn’t puncture the balloon. I was upset that there was no service on the weekend but I did call NVM and left a message. After calling another service provider and paying them for no work I received a message from NVM that they would get someone there on Sunday. We stayed in a hotel on Saturday night and the tech arrived earlier than expected on Sunday. He was terrific and corrected the problem after having spent 2 1/2 hours in the attic. We were very pleased with the work and the professional way this was handled by NVM. On that day we confirmed our commitment to them.

Eric Smith was prompt and curtious and did a thorough job of inspecting everything listening to what I had already discovered prior to the visit. I appreciated him respecting my small knowledge compared to his life. His demeanor was very non-threatening, and I felt safe within my home while he was here.

Service technician (Raymond) is great. He answers all my questions and always gives me all the time I need to go over everything. He is very professional and honest. I request him to service my AC unit every time.

My parents were using home warranty to insure their air conditioning units. A few weeks ago, they went on vacation and both of their air conditioners went down. Home warranty left my elderly parents without air conditioning for three days before telling them they could not get the evaporator coil for one and it needed replacement. The other machine also had a crack in the evaporator coil and had a bad motor. Home warranty did not authorize the technicians that came out to fix these problems. My parents were at their wits end as it was 115 outside that whole week.
Upon calling Benefit AC, Chuck came out, assessed the situation, sized the machine requirements, and was able to give them a very reasonable price for replacing both units with a warranty for parts and labor. The units were installed quickly and efficiently two days later. Chuck and Kyle worked in the blistering heat all day to ensure we had cooling over the weekend to come.
Another week would pass and the monsoons came. Our roof began to leak. Even though we knew it was most likely not related to the new units, Benefit AC sent Chuck out to assess the situation again. Their roof needs work and the leak was unrelated to the new machines. Chuck took the time to clear the roof of debris and cleared the gutters that were clogged with debris as well. My family cannot begin to tell you how thrilled we are with Benefit AC service department for their care and professionalism. Thank you!

Thank you, Lincoln Heating & Air, and specifically thank you to all of your team for helping us out, and getting us set up with a Mini-Split cooling solution for our 20x20 detached garage that serves as workshop and pantry. After looking up specifications online, the Mitsubishi system is hands down the leader and workhorse in the field, and Lincoln Heating and Air are the folks you should be calling to get yours installed. Polite, professional, and experts in their field. Karrissa is the first and last one you'll talk to here in Phoenix, and she's the orchestrator from start to finish. Dylan came out to the house to look over the space to cool, temperature expectations, and discuss equipment specifications. Max, with Rod Electric came over and ran the 220v power like it was child's play. Jose and his crew followed right behind Max, and installed the system as though it were their own house. Careful, clean, and detail oriented. Everyone we spoke to and worked with, from start to finish, was professional, polite, and experts in their field. Again, thank you Lincoln Heating and Air. We'll be talking to you again soon when we're ready to install our evaporative system in our house.

Skylar and his trainee were very professional, friendly, and curtius. They're were here on time. They even called to let me know where they were and that they were on their way. They explained things to me, gave me quotes and were not pushy at all.

Comfort One Air is FANTASTIC. We had a broken bracket and they fixed it within an hour. Responded within and hour. The Technician was GREAT! OTHER companies wanted to show up (replace the motor AND bracket even though it's a newer unit and was running VERY COLD prior to the bracket breaking) and Charge $1049, $1200, and $1600 just to fix this. We were charged just a few hundred. Will DEFINITELY use them in the future IF needed. Thank you so much. PLEASE don't hesitate to use them.

AC went out last night. Called arcadia at 11pm and Jimmy was at my house in the morning.

He explained every step as he was checking the system. He gave me options on which route I want to go about fixing it. Not only is the AC working like new. He only charged me his trip fee!
