Fast service

Had to close the shut off valve of my home's main water supply to do a small DIY plumbing repair. Unfortunately, it went belly up when I went to open it back up, leaving me with no water. Luckily, I had saved Tutko Plumbing in my contacts years ago after being happy with their service. AJ was quick to rearrange their afternoon schedule so I wouldn't have to go another night without water. He was courteous, communicative, and made quick work of replacing the old valve with a more reliable ball valve and swapping out my old crusty hose bib, too. I had a water leak in my daughters bedroom wall. After calling 3 different companies to get a quote, Aqua Pro Plumbing Co was the only one on time, they took the time to explain the process to me and they came in with a quote that beat both the others. They were extremely friendly, and did a fantastic job. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs from now on.

The bid was higher than others for this service but Ive used them before and that is why I got this estimate. The tech was very pleasant. I just didn't go with them this time due to price.

I called Zippity to snake a mainline clog. They were great to work with, responded quickly and worked around my schedule. Turns out a snake wouldn't clear our grease clog so the tech explained the problem and what it would take to fix it, he didn't charge me for the service I didn't need. I will 100% turn to them again for my plumbing needs.

The tech came earlier than expected (they called to let me know), gave us a reasonable quote, and went in his way (we said we have to think about it). I’ve dealt with them before— little things like the outdoor faucet leaking and big things like the slab leak 7 years ago— and they’re always on time, reasonable and they do good work. The other guys can advertise all they want but I’m sticking with Donley.

I used them again, this time to unclog a sink at one of my tenants' homes. They were offered right away, with a selection of window times. The plumber accommodated the modification and spoke with me on a regular basis. He spent many hours with snakes ranging from garden to Anaconda, all while being monitored and commanded. They were really courteous and patient with the older renter, which I appreciated. And the cost was really affordable! Use these people! :)

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Our technician was great! He explained what he saw the problem was, what he could do to fix it, and how much it would cost. The prices were reasonable given the fact that we already had an active leak and needed someone ASAP, and he offered advice on other plumbing questions we had for future home projects. Very happy with the whole service from calling to schedule through completion and cleanup. Highly recommend!

Scott was great. I attempted to wire a smart thermostat myself and blew my units transformer in the process. He was able to get out the same day I called and replace the transformer. He also recommended that I replace some old wiring connecting the unit to the thermostat because I was experiencing power lose at the thermostat. I did just that and BOOM, everything powered up as it should. Great experience, thank you Scott!
