I wish my experience was the same. I am going on 10 days with a broken ac and the company has become MIA and not filling their report as required. They have not reached out to complete repairs.

Replaced 20 year old 5 ton unit. Was worried about potential roof damage and length of installation. They showed up on time, finished in a day and not a mark on the roof! Could not ask for more.

SG Mechanical has been a lifesaver for our business. Our plaza is older and the units are not in very good working order. When we leased the property, we were told to use the landlords hvac service. We liked Andy and his team so much, that we hired them to repair and install new duct-work in our new suites, and set up yearly maintenance contracts on all of our units. AZ Perfect Comfort replaced an AC fan motor that was covered under warranty. They were professional, personable, timely and provided excellent communication. Chris did a great job repairing my A/C unit. He was able to fix in one day. Select Home warranty sucks at life but at least Alien A/C got it done. At first I was less then impressed with Alien but soon found out not was Select Home Warranty that sucked at life.

They came out as quick as they could and fixed or AC. They figured out and fixed the problem very quickly.
