Christian went above and beyond by contacting the manufacturer of our failed 6 yr old hot water heater and getting them to honor the warranty based on our home build date instead of the unit manufacture date. He got the warranty honored and installed a new hot water heater during the same visit!He was also very reassuring about future maintenance and needs. A+ in my book!

They have 4-hour windows to show up. Scheduled first time, window was 12-4. At 3:45 I had to reschedule because I had to get back to work. 2nd time, window was 8-12. At 11:50 I called and was told sorry about your wait ma'am. He'll be there as soon as he can. While on this call I get a call from their dispatch saying he will be there in an hour to an hour and a half. So I wasted EIGTH hours for a plumber to not show up and no call at any point to let me know he was running late! Had I not cancelled, it would have been 9-9.5 hours! That's a full day of work I would have lost, NOT including the time it would have taken to do the actual work. I don't know in what world they live in to think this is remotely ok. I asked how they were going to make it right and the supervisor said all I can do is say I'm sorry and he'll be there as soon as he can. Good luck with having them show up on time and give a care if they don't. 0/5 would tell anyone to use these people. 5/5 would tell anyone who mentions plumbing about this story with Pruitts and guaranteed they won't use them. Would you?

Peerless and their whole crew is awesome. My husband and I bought an older home with bad sewers. We negotiated with the sellers to have the sewers fixed. Peerless came out a few weeks after we closed on our house and completed the work. They didn't discuss billing or payment with us, because their office manager had already arranged the payment of the work with the sellers. Top notch from start to finish.

Owner came to my house to do an estimate he seemed rushed he was there 11mins could not have left any quicker. Told me he would email me the estimate the next morning. I have yet to see anything come through. Very unprofessional, if you do not want to do the job either just tell me or over bid the work. I'm posting this for others be be aware.

My bathroom tub faucet was leaking for ages. I was concerned about calling a plumber because i thought it would be so expensive. I finally gave in and called rooter ranger. Bobby came by the next day and fixed my leak in no time. It’s been a couple months and still no leak. Bobby was very professional, courteous and funny. It was almost like having a family member come in and help fix my leak. I will be contacting them with all my plumbing needs. Thank you bobby for being so awesome and staying in my budget.
