They made sure my glass was in stock and gave me a window Of time the next day to show up which is great because it was flexible and who knows what can happen in a 3+ hour drive. I showed up around 2pm and they had the window changed in under 40min. Everything was timely and professional. I'm not your average customer because I own a body shop, I restore old cars too... The person on the phone was polite, clear with everything I would expect from them, and even went the extra mile to fit us in on the same day I called. I was expecting the worst case scenario where the technician would get to us around the end of the work day....he called hours earlier! And he got the job done quickly. The Contractor was able to quickly determine the need, assisted with contacting my insurance company and filing a claim, met with the insurance adjuster to point out all of defects, and explained every detail of the process with me prior to the work being done. They were able to schedule the installation sooner than originally estimated, and did an outstanding job with the installation as well as clean up afterward. He returned for a quality of work inspection, and this roofing company followed up with all of the paperwork required for the insurance agency. The entire process was MUCH easier than one would expect due to the extremely high level of customer service they provide. This roofing company is a top-tier company in all categories and I would recommend them to anyone seeking the services that they provide!
