Very satisfied with my technician that came out to one of my rental property’s. Nathan White was very upfront no bs and strait to the point on what needed to be done. Nice to have a technician give it to you straight and not afraid to give his honest opinion on what to do to save some money.

An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. He was friendly, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone who needs emergency assistance. Thanks again!

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

We had Justin from Hobaica's out this morning for our AC bi-yearly service. This young man has been providing our service check up for years and we just wanted to say what a great job he does. He's always on time, polite and is straight forward in answering all our questions. We always look forward to his visits. He is definitely an asset to the company. Desert Diamond Mechanical was fast and friendly service from Crystal in the office to Trey the service technician that came same day service for us on a super hot & humid day where my elderly, dissabled Mother, my daughter and I along with our two pit bulls were suffering terribly in only a matter of a few hours and I was scared if Trey hadn't come to our rescue when he did we would have had to evacuate and go to a hotel so we are grateful for the fast service and will definitely use them again!

They installed my new Trane AC and new duct system and the results are excellent (performance and savings). Also, they perform the annual service on the AC at a very reasonable cost. I use this company for all my AC services because they are very professional and reliable.

This was hands down the best choice for our AC. The 20 year old AC didn’t work when we purchased the property, but it was winter (in AZ lol) so we weren’t too pressed about it. Since this is such a big purchase, we talked interviews many companies. Perfect Comfort had the best mix of customer service, knowledge, value, quality of system, and professionalism. It took us a few months to end up selecting a company since it was winter, then the holidays etc, but they weren’t pushy or “sales-y” in the meantime. Fred came by and assessed our needs and provided the optimum plan for us. He even allowed us to go over our future plans to remodel, and gave us many great suggestions which helped us to put a timeline together for the services (of course we will hire them for!).
Throughout the process, Jana would make sure we had all the information necessary for a smooth install. She was always polite and knowledgeable, and never left us confused or questioning anything.
I was pleasantly surprised to see Fred running the actual install! I’ve heard of the “sales-person” coming to get the business, then leaving the labor for the technicians. It was awesome to see him and the rest of the team doing exactly what he explained months earlier.
We have an older home, and the previous owner was... interesting... anywho, Fred found some questionable AC parts in the attic that he advised me of, and left me with some guidance as to what to do with it. The team completed their job quick and efficiently, and left no trace that they were even there... well except now we have an AMAZING ac unit! Our bill hasn’t changed much either. We went from not having a working unit, to a brand new unit running daily, and haven’t experienced a notable change in our electric bill.
We’re excited to continue our patronage with Perfect Confort and their amazing team. We look forward to our future projects with them, and would 10/10 recommend them to everyone!
