The crew who dealt with the original clean up failed to take measurements or pictures that could help in the restoration making the job for the sub contractors almost impossible. We've been waiting over 4 months for the like it never even happened to kick in. We are constantly being promised deadlines that are never met. We have had to step in to find contractors ourselves since they are incapable of finding anyone. The supervisor Paul, is completely in adequate and constantly makes promises he can't keep. I would stay far away from this company, they make a good sales pitch but do not deliver anywhere close to what they promise.

Desert Dry was there for me when I really needed they. They are on time, respectful, took amazing care of my belongings, and knowledgeable. I would use them again if needed.

I’m so grateful that my husband has found Phoenix water damage services to come check our water damage! From the minute ,Robert the owner and his team entered our home, my husband and I knew that Robert is the guy we need him to work on our house. We always get stressed when we have a service/ maintenance company come to give us an assessment of the situation and a price estimate. We literally dread it ! Because, unfortunately a lot of them who come always exaggerate of the situation and you feel like they are racking up the bill just to try to squeeze as much money ? out of you so basically ripping you off ☹️but With Robert, we felt immediately that the man is very honest! He immediately inspected our walls with professional tools he used and told us right away what was going on. I loved how professional the service was from showing up on time within the window given to keeping us posted about time of arrival to setting up the place with all the necessary tools ⚒️ and then cleaning up after the work was done and following up on the job! My husband and I liked them so much that we decided to hire them for another project that is stretching our carpet and cleaning them and of course the service was outstanding again! I told them that they are going to be the only company I’m referring to my friends and family without looking elsewhere! I’m not surprised a bit that Robert is successful in what he does and already has locations in 32 states and one in Canada! Our insurance company recommended Jenkins Restoration after our roof leaked causing water damage in our house. David Bittner is the project manager and has been wonderful! The first time our roof leaked it seemed dry before anyone came out but then it leaked again and David came out right away and checked it himself. He also helped me find a great roofer as I was getting nowhere fast trying to find someone myself. He's been just wonderful to work with and all of his recommendations have been amazing people!!

I cannot say enough about the service I received from Venturi when the roof over my garage failed and there was extensive water damage. From Chris who came out and surveyed the damage and kept in touch all the way through the repair process, to John from Summit roofing in Queen creek who went above and beyond in repairing the roof, to Jon who supervised the the interior work. It's a wonderful team that came to my rescue and resolved a stressful situation. Thank you!

If you find yourself ankle-deep in water, call this company. They were able to get to me within two hours of my call, at the end of the business day. Even though Kyle and Chandler got called out to my job before they'd had dinner, they showed up with smiles on their faces as they began the clean-up and dry-out process. For a bad situation, this company and these amazing service guys made it as pleasant as it could possibly be. I hope I never find myself in this situation again, but if I do, this is the company I'll call.

My experience is too long to write about so I'll sum it up. They are Slow, never return calls when promised, do a rush job, the work is sloppy, you will be calling them to fix and patch things. I've called 4 times and in 1 year after my kitchen was done. And the most recent was 2 days ago my faucet is loose. Im praying it does leak again. He has not sent a plumber to tighten things up. It was and has been a nightmare, to say the least. The people I've spoken to all seem nice but the service is extremely poor. They do offer payment arrangements.

Maybe they need to take on less projects and give more time to each individual. I will be calling back again on Monday.
