Best Electric Heat in Phoenix AZ

Penguin Air came out to fix our AC in less than 24 hours when the company that installed our unit, Chas Roberts couldn’t. Our system was installed by Chas Roberts when we built our house in 2020. We signed up for Chas’s preferred maintenance plan so we wouldn’t have to deal with an AC unit going out in the middle of July. Unfortunately that’s exactly what happened and Chas didn’t have availability to get out to our home for another week. So much for being “preferred” customers. Penguin was able to come out the next day. Joey came out and running in under an hour. He replaced a part that was covered under warranty and charged us for labor. Joey told me Chas Robert’s locks their units so he couldn’t check everything he normally would but stated other people on Penguin’s team have the keys to unlock the unit. I was so pleased to have AC back, I went ahead and signed up for Penguin’s maintenance plan for both our HVAC units. Unfortunately today we noticed water dripping from our secondary line so called Penguin to come out again. To my surprise Penguin stated they can’t service our unit. I was shocked because as you can see, they already had. They even sold us on their “Penguin Plan”. This is 100% fraud. I asked for a refund for the labor they charged,and for their bogus plan. Unfortunately the representative I spoke with, Brent was very little help and extremely patronizing. He told me nobody would be available to discuss a refund until Monday. After placing me on hold multiple times, Brent all of a sudden told me they could come out, they just wouldn’t be able to check the Freon if it were needed. I couldn’t seem to get a straight answer. You can come out now but you can’t fix the problem? Why would I want that? Eventually I was transferred to a voicemail for Tanya a Customer Service Supervisor? I left her the info but I’m doubtful this will be resolved without getting a third party involved. More to come…

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

James showed up quickly and was knowledgeable and friendly. He informed me of the price for diagnostics before starting and found the issue quickly once he inspected the HVAC. He let me know the price for the repairs and made sure I was comfortable with it before starting. He then repaired the issue and got everything working. I was impressed with the work and had him perform the biannual maintenance on my HVAC as well. I am very happy with the service and have signed up for there monthly maintenance plan.

Quick response on a Sunday evening. James was able to identify the issue quickly and went through options with me. The repair was completed quickly and made for a stress free evening. After trying a few AC companies, I believe I have found one to rely on going forward.

Dan the technician came out & quickly tuned up the heater for the winter & installed a much needed part. They were professional, helpful & friendly! Thank you so much, we will use them again.

Chris and Mike and the team did an A+ job for us. They gave us our options of replacing the entire unit ( with different models) or replacing the compressor, capicitor, etc, all the while explaining the pros and cons of our options. Very professional with no pressure to make one choice or the other. In a scam-ridden industry, full of charlatans and incompetent bozos, it's refreshing to work with a company you can trust.

Lincoln Air has now installed and serviced 2 HVAC systems on our roof. We have been loyal customers for over 12 years I highly recommend them to all of of our friends.

Technician arrived with the diagnostic tools to determine the problem as well as the tools for repair. Obvious the tech knew what he was doing. The furnace required a new Capacitor which required the Tech to go up on the roof. Job was done in less than an hour.

This was our first experience with this company. After performing preventative maintenance on our A/C unit and ancillary systems, Stuart took the time to thoroughly explain what he found and his recommendations. He really did a terrific job and Howard Air is our new A/C maintenance company moving forward :) Thanks Stuart!

The units are only two years old and this is the first maintenance we’ve done on them. Manny did an amazing job walking me through step by step what he was doing/what needed to be done. After a through inspection and cleaning, my units look brand new! Super nice and very professional. I would highly recommend Arcadia Air.

AC went out the Friday night before one of our scorching Arizona summer weekends. Crispy Air is who my homeowner's insurance contracted through and I'm very thankful they did! Garrett came earlier than scheduled, was very polite and professional, and answered all of my questions. We had our AC go out last year around this time and got assigned a different company (who shall remain unnamed) however, it took them three different trips spanning about a month and a lot of BS before our AC worked again. I am 62 years old and a Veteran, my AC is broken and I contacted this company because they said they do not do a credit check. They lied when they said they do not check credit scores. I am giving you a bad review. My credit score was already low and every time some company like you looks to run my score it gets lower and lower. I have a job and I can make payments but because of companies like yours I have no way to qualify and now I get to continue to suffer in the heat.

Derek was very responsive and professional. Great work and I would recommend 10 out of 10 times.
