I have used Expert HVAC for almost 20 year for my commercial properties, residential rentals, and personal property.

I had a seasonal maintenance done and when I complained the air flow in some of our ducts were bad Jorge and John came back and fixed the problem by straightening out the flows to the ducts. They had been kinked. This corrected the problem. Great team and deserve an A++.

My A/C went out last night after business hours, called the office and left message figuring I would have to call back in the morning when office was open - 10 minutes after leaving message, I received a call back from AZ PerfectComfort from a very friendly and helpful dispatcher (sorry, I didn't catch her name) & she got me scheduled for 1st thing in the morning. James, my technician showed up on time and had my system up and running quickly! Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and punctual! AZ PerfectComfort is now my goto company for any future service/repairs and I will HIGHLY recommend this company to friends and neighbors for thier A/C needs. REEis originally installed my TRANE 18 Seer veritable speed AC System in 2018 after my old 1998 Carrier unit died in July 2018 , they saved me that summer , Howard Air was some how , so busy at that time & date they were not able to help me out , I went 8 days without AC , called REEis , a Rosie On The House Company , 2 days later I was blessed with COLD AIR , today 5/17 19 , my man Stephen Baker , a really knowledgeable Service Technician came out for a yearly Advance Air Conditioning TUNE -UP ,he was very pleasant , and did a really great job , REEis ROCKS !

Comfort One Air Conditioning is the best AC company out there! Any time we have needed them they send someone out right away, are able to fix the issue in a timely manner, and their customer service is top notch! Jon came out on the 4th of July and had our air running within an hour!! Highly recommend!!!

Jose from Sun Tech was phenomenal. I have had a hard time with AC companies, as I’m certain most homeowners in AZ have also experienced. So many have been unhelpful and/or untrustworthy. BUT SUN TECH did not disappoint! Jose was so informative and honest. He took the time to explain and make really great recommendations. I will never choose any other company, other than this one. Yogi is one of the most respectful, honest contractors I've ever met. He let you know what he's doing and why he is doing it. Takes pictures before and after. If he feels you need something extra, he explains why. He's very clean doesn't leave nothing behind. If you need any kind of air conditioning work I highly recommend Yogi.

I have a home warranty and Lee Collins was selected as the vendor to service my systems. They found a major issue during my spring service with one of my units. The work they performed was very good. The tech was knowledgeable and they were professional and clean. I did have an issue with the coverages that the warranty company denied however the general manager did a quality call with me and straightened it out. I appreciated that and she was very good.

We had to have our entire 5 ton split system A/C-heating system replaced. Marc S. was the salesperson. He did a great job. He made sure that he didn't leave any unanswered questions. George Brazil had roughly the same pricing as the other three companies we had out for estimates, but they have the best warranty. We got a 2 stage system. Calvin W., and Robert A. were our installers. They did a wonderful job and they were very professional and knowledgeable. Calvin ensured that we understood how our system and thermostat worked and that we did not have any questions. The crew did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

Preferred Air, Daniel Hernandez was the most professional and thorough company. Daniel took him time to investigate our A/C issues, made great recommendations and was fairly priced. I would highly recommend them for service or install.
