Decided to try them based on their BBB rating and previous bad experiences with other companies. Glad I did! Frank was very helpful and explained everything to me. He was very professional and quick. I especially liked the fact that he didn't try to sell me unnecessary things. Since I went with their maintenance package I not only saved money but will have another service call when needed. In doing this I keep in good standing with my home warranty.

I've worked with 5-7 HVAC companies in the Phoenix area in the past 12 years, and I'm most happy with Hobaica Services. Travis Vonau did a great job with fixing our AC unit! I kinda freaked out Tuesday night when the AC went down, called Hobaica Wednesday morning, they were here in a few hours and fixed the problem. They even had to secure a special part to finish the job and came back the next day to fully finish the work.

Furthermore, I don't typically trust a lot of contractors doing general maintenance on the house as there pricing seems questionable. I completely trusted Travis with his consultative approach and ended up signing up for a yearly membership.

Finally, I couldn't believe their communication. Typically, I feel like I need to follow up with contractors to make sure they are truly coming when they say. Hobaica sends a text, the tech calls and I got an email. When the job was done, they sent an email right away with a breakdown of the invoice and pictures of the work that was done.

I was truly impressed with Hobaica and will definitely be using them again for any HVAC and plumbing work in the future.

Mario was very nice and attentive. He was able to get to the diagnostics of my AC issues very quickly. I have used this company several times for my AC issues and all of the technicians have been very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are fair and I do recommend Desert Diamond Mechanical for my AC needs!

we had the AC unit go out at the store and the property management said that we had to replace the whole unit that they would not be doing that. Moises gave us options in regards to getting it repaired that was gonna cost us a lot less than the $10-$15,000 it would cost to replace the unit, we got quotes from different places and everybody kept telling us the same thing. Looks like my dad made a watermelon.

Service technician, Mike S. was very knowledgeable and provided updates and answered questions while he was troubleshooting the wiring to our unit and thermostat. He provided a very thorough and comprehensive report on the condition of our unit, and although not planned, we decided to stop making temporary repairs to our 1999 Goettl unit. We purchased a new unit and they were able to install same day. Amazing!

Although a smaller company I am impressed by their professionalism and speedy response I have used them for years to maintenance and fix my acs for years and now they have just replaced 1 of my units, middle of summer they made it simple easy and affordable for my family. Support small businesses

My air conditioning went out first thing in the morning today. I called at 7:02 am and had a tech, Adam, arrived just 1 hour later. He was quick to diagnose the issues and was very clear in explaining all the things he was doing. Best part was the price...no trip charge and he only charged for what he did. Awesome experience.

The employee's were professional and friendly when we had our New AC installed. They made sure the ducts/vents were good at installment. Maintenance is never an issue and Kevin shows up early or on time. We swapped out the thermostat that came with the New AC system, however could not figure out how to use it. Although the company did not install or sell it. They were still willing to come and help the best they could on figuring out how to connect it. Any concerns I have had, they have been prompt on coming to help and explain my confusion. lol

Really great service. The technician was extremely helpful and took the time to help with a smart thermostat install even though the groupon was only for an AC tune up. He also replaced some old wiring. I'm so glad I found a company that isn't just trying to sell you a new AC unit (my Trane is 27 years old). Look no further for HVAC service.

James is seriously one of the best at what he does very fair and honest. Very hard to find these days and doesn't try to sell things that aren't needed. I know very little about home Ac units and everything was explained to where I could understand what was going on. Customer service was amazing. Last Friday we had a flurry of pink snow falling from our dining room ac duct onto everything.

We closed the vent to stop the flow of cellulose insulation. I decided to venture into my attic the next morning. Fortunately there is excellent head room for me to walk it. I found the vent above the dining room and then it occurred to me, Why am I doing this? Even if I might have found the problem, I could also just as easily put my foot through my ceiling. Wisdom gained, I got out of the attic and called AZ Comfort.

The young tech, Mack, showed up on time. Very polite and equally professional. He went right into the attic and observed our entire duct and Air handler system. He came back down and commented about the professional way the 3 year old system was laid out. He checked everything and determined that what came out was a temporary burst of cellulose that had probably been there from the beginning installation but had now foundits way through our vent, hence no problem.

So, really there was no problem, but this young man quickly and professionally diagnosed the non-issue and took the time to explain everything. For less than a hundred bucks and less than 30 minutes, we became very satisfied with their (his) service.
