Justin was fast and friendly fixing my garbage disposal issue. The disposal itself worked fine but there was a leak somewhere. At first he thought it would need to be replaced, but after taking it apart realized the person who attached it initially just didn’t do it right, so he reattached the original correctly, tested it and it works fine with no leaks. I think he was in and it in 20 mins or less.

Justin was great! He diagnosed the problem, reproduced the problem to be sure, and did a great job explaining the situation. It turned out not to be a plumbing problem at all, but he still had suggestions for how to solve the problem without spending a ton of money. We use Hays for HVAC and plumbing and will definitely to continue to do so.

after having many employees coming for warranty service, this last service person was able to make the unit work the way i thought it should, it is very quiet and a lot more responsive to either the cold or heat mode. We have always had a problem with the air scrubber not working and having tubes blown out. We are waiting for the company to move the location of the scrubber and a replacement tube installed. If you look at our record, we purchased everything you offer and had a lot of problems resolving many issues. I believe this rep. was named justin. In the future i would like to request that individual do all service work if possible. THANK YOU

I highly recommend North Valley Mechanical for HVAC service. The first company the home warranty assigned said they could not get to the property for four days! I called the home warranty to have the work order reassigned. I could not wait that long because the tenants had small children. I called North Valley and they were able to get someone out the same day which is incredible. The problem was minor (a broken wire) so it was fixed right away. I really liked the report, pictures of the label on the HVAC unit and the tech included the age of the unit. I know the home warranties don't pay much so I appreciate North Valley making this repair a priority. From the office staff to the technicians the service was excellent.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Desert Diamond. I got a referral for another company for HVAC from my neighborhood website. While looking for that one on line, I came across Desert Diamond and saw what amazing ratings they received. Jeff came out possibly that same day and he is such an amazing person. He does the consultations but I don't think he is a salesperson. He left me feeling like his was the bid to beat. His bid was one of the lowest, and he offered 18 months free financing and get this.....our outside unit was broken so he replaced it with one from the shop until ours could get replaced! At no added expense. It took him hours to do that so we could be comfortable while waiting for our install. I would highly recommend. I tend to get bad service everywhere I go and I feel blessed by finding Desert Diamond by mistake and by having Jeff sent out to help. I would use again tomorrow, but here's hoping my other AC unit lasts a little longer!
