Destry reached out to me early letting me know he was wrapping up his work with another customer and could make it out to my location early. I informed him I would not be able to make it back to my house before our scheduled appointment time but there was people there that could let him in to complete the work. He was able to swap out the failed parts and get my range back to working condition all while I was taking care of some other stuff while keeping me informed on the progress. It was a very awesome customer experience.

Dominique was a very nice gentleman and serviced my air units. He explained everything and I was pleased with his work!

Had an interesting start to the day with the ceiling in our kitchen dripping with water. It was a relatively slow drip. Wasn’t sure if it was something major like the pan dripping from the unit in the attic or something minor. We’ve had the major thing happen last year and I expected the worse.I literally called 5 other AC repair places but Penguin Air & Plumbing was the best to work with in getting someone to my house quickly, even though I was in freak out mode.Our technician Jimmy Browne came in and checked everything... inside and out. Turned out it wasn’t the worse and he worked with us to get a great maintenance plan in place. I will request that he is my technician going forward because he was professional, honest, and relatable.

I am delighted to share my experience with Hobaica Services and it is with much enthusiasm I write this review.

Stumbling upon Hobaica Services yesterday morning as they were servicing my neighbor’s home, I strolled across to learn what the neighbors thought about their plumbing/heating company. It was an unfortunate providence that this very morning my own hot water heater sprung a leak and flooded the room. Although I had already contacted my regular company for service, I was searching to change provider as, after a thirty-year relationship, I had grown weary of their shoddy work and over-aggressive upselling. I had been looking for a new service company for several years but procrastinated. Perhaps this was an opportunity to make a change.

Upon hearing my troubles, the Hobaica HVAC technician, Donovan, indicated he was eager to help but he was not a licensed plumber. Donavan encouraged me to contact the Hobaica office and they could dispatch a specialist. I decided that I would continue forward with my heritage provider, but a while later another Hobaica truck arrived. This man was the field supervisor, Simon, who generously offered to take a look and assess my problems free of charge.

Simon quickly surmised what was wrong but did not push changing course, knowing I had a competitor arriving a few hours later. Sensing honest character and acute knowledge, I asked for a bid. I quizzed him about the product as I am picky about having only quality American-made appliances and gear. Feeling confident Hobaica could pull off the job, I canceled the previous service provider.

Not much time passed when ace technician, Travis Vonau, arrived. Let me tell you something: This fellow is amazing! Full of good cheer and an obvious love for his industry, he also exemplified that kind of guy you want working on your home. He has the look and confidence homeowners are looking for when we are suffering duress. He comes armed with the finest tools and quickly gets to work. Being a technician myself I like to study these types. Not only is he a hard worker and a textbook example of an experience tradesman, but he is also fun to work with. He had many good ideas and cleaned up the overall water flow and surrounding water pipes. Travis’s cleanliness and attention to perfect symmetry inspired me to do other projects around the house to make it look better.

But that is not the end. Next, Luis arrived on the scene with the new water heater. I joked that although I encountered so far three good people, however this arrival of the delivery man will show if Hobaica is consistent in hiring practices throughout the organization. I was not surprised to see Luis is typical of others who work there: nice truck, serious yet friendly, a true happy go lucky “let’s-get-it-done” type.

Speaking of trucks. Between my neighbor’s project and my own, we had a half dozen Hobaica trucks on our street that day. We are thinking of renaming Saint John Road to Hobaica Boulevard.

My only regret about Hobaica Services is that I’d not met them sooner.

Used these guys to repair my A/C unit. The Compressor was kicking on and off. Called North Valley and they came out, diagnosed the issue, and repaired it same day. Everyone from the people that called and setup the appointment to the people that repaired the A/C unit were awesome.

I called several companies when my AC went out this evening and Desert Diamond was the only one who could get someone out tonight. He was here in about 30 minutes very professional, friendly, showed us what the issue was and our air is back up and running within 2 hours. Highly recommend.

Great people, they worked on all my projects and the reason is they look out for your property and ensure that your best options are presented... very professional...

The ac in my store wasn’t working . I gave them a call and they so professional and willing . With hours were able to get our AC backing out working and they so professional and let us do our thing well they did their thing .It was a great experience working with them

Review of Connor’s plumbing work and evaluation shows he did an excellent job. He emptied my water heater and checked for any problems. He then went from room to room in which there was an outlet for water. There was a loud thumping noise and he figured it came from my toilet and promptly fixed it. He tested my water from both my sink and my refrigerator which has filters. He explained everything I asked questions about with humor and intelligence. It was a great experience! Susan Rhuart

Alex came and took care of business!! He was fast af, quickly identified the problem and resolved the issue with what has to be a decades worth of experience. I spoke with Amy on the phone who was extremely knowledgeable about AC systems. She walked me through the entire process for a home that I was getting ready to sell. Prompt and on time service from the service tech Brad who was very thorough and made sure to do things the right way not the easy way. Absolute pleasure working with A & M Mechanical as a whole. So much so that I have asked them to do my full AC inspection on our new home. Thanks again for all your help!!!

I was shopping around for some AC prices and I came across Sun Devil Heating and Cooling as I had to buy and AC for a new home I had some concerns that the system would need to be balanced. The tech assured me that it may not need to be but if a tech was needed to rebalance the system. That they would send someone out to get it taken care of. It turned out the system did need to be balanced but they took care of all my issues in a timely manner.

I called with a high humidity ongoing issue with our AC in our apartment. Our management companies AC company dismissed us several times. I spoke with Bruce today who was generous with his knowledge and got an experienced technician out the same day. Pete did a through investigation and found the problem a TXV value. Their prices are reasonable and very honest. Highly recommend them!

My air went out on one of 115 degree days, they came out on the same day! I was given a window between 5-7 and they were here a half hour early. Very efficient and thorough. We will not only use them again, but recommend them to everyone we know!!
