I'm very pleased with the service I got from these guys. My salesperson was Jim and he was in constant contact with me as I secured financing for a new AC system. He was a pleasure to deal with. The day of the install I met a gentleman named Jack who was very professional and quite knowledgeable. During the install my salesperson Jim showed up and actually started working alongside everyone to complete the install! These guys are seasoned veterans in their field and the final product was done remarkably well. Also the price that was quoted to me was fair and I was not over charged for anything. I will be referring Hays to anyone I know that needs a new system.

84 year old mother in law’s AC went out. She has a Scottsdale condo and still, with help, lives on her own. Our daily temps (7/20/22) had been in excess of 110 degrees so after being told that Penguin couldn’t provide service the day her system quit, even though they promote they offer emergency service and I felt an 84 year old woman living w/o AC was an emergency, they gave her an appointment for “1st thing in the morning” and told her to be there by 7am.She complied, sat in her home as temps spiked, called their “customer service” repeatedly throughout the entire day and was told EACH TIME that she was next and a technician was on the way. A tech NEVER SHOWED, by the end of day she was a weak wreck. Torturing senior citizens is a crime in my opinion. Absolutely no excuse for their treatment of her that day. The “Great Customer Service” they promise is a total lie.Well. it would be great if it was possible to reply directly to the Response from the owner that was received but possibly this will suffice. 1st, I didn't say that she was on an emergency schedule, only that she had hoped but was told they weren't available that day. The appointment she had for the next day was scheduled. Not to a precise time but in consideration for NOT being able to provide the day before, was promised a First thing in the morning and told that it could be as early as 8:00am so in that, my statement was wrong. She had told me she returned there at 7:00 taking no chances of missing them. As far as you needing account info? There was no Account, just an appointment. If you would like to REALLY investigate, without giving too much info on this open site, you have the date and the location was on N. 117th Pl. Oh, and there was NO confusion with another company.

Scott Koches was the technician who diagnosed our upper unit. For consistency, Hobaica sent him back to fix the worn out parts (from what they described, it may prove challenging to replace). Scott & his assistant made it seem effortless! They fixed the AC unit & now it’s running so quietly like new! Scott also shared that he is furthering his knowledge about his trade by going to school to learn more. THAT is what impressed us the most! Good on you, Scott! Thank you for the excellent work on our AC.

Locally, family owned and operated means so much to me. North Valley Mechanical actually cares about their customers and they won't sell you stuff you don't need. Totally trustworthy and high quality work. Best in the valley!

Desert Diamond is a great reliable company. They are always very nice and extremely helpful. Getting the maintenance plan is absolutely worth it. And although the company itself is great what makes me keep coming back are the technicians. Specifically we have a technician named Cody who always goes over and above each time he comes out. He is extremely knowledgeable and informative and explains things in a way we understand. Cody is what make Desert Diamond the premier AC Company in the valley!

I appreciated the promptness of scheduling my evaluation and the next day the repairs were done. With the heatwave we have now it was imperative I had an air conditioner working smoothly. It does! My neighbor recommended this company to me and I am so glad that he did! My AC went out in August, in AZ! They responded to my calls immediately and had a repair man to my house very quickly. I had interactions with the owner and a few of their employees. Every single person in this company were professional, knowledgeable, and just down right kind. I am not sure if this is a family owned and operated business but it sure felt like one. This company is great. I'm a local realtor and have been through many different ac companies in the past. Up until now, I have not found one that I would use again. 99% of all my deals (purchasing or listing) need some sort of HVAC service. Cactus was able to schedule a repair with the current owner within the inspection period. Both parties were happy and the deal was not delayed. We were able to close on time with no hiccups. We had four faucets, safety valves and water supply lines installed today. Our tech (Kyler) was on point with every aspect of the job. Very personable and knowledgeable. I had my brand new air conditioner go out and King Mechanical. Came out with in 4 hours and found the problem. A roof rat had eaten thru the wiring. King Mechanical found the traces of a rat. They repaired the chewed up wires, and i bought a trap. End of problem. Thank you so much Francisco and guys for acting so fast on this.
