Best Drain Repair in Phoenix AZ

Needed a new hot water heater at the rental house I'm in. Appt was between 3p and 5p. Kevin called and said he could come earlier if it was convenient. When does that ever happen..usually you have to wait until the end of the window. He showed up and told me when he figured he'd be done and was finished and gone in no time. Perfect!

I had the pleasure of having Matthew Neidich come to my home to have my A/C units checked out. I had specifically requested Matthew after reading one glowing review after another and I was not disappointed! He was professional, thorough and friendly! He went over all work needed, showed me pics of everything so I could see what needed to be done and then after the job was complete what was done. The poor guy had to step over a gaggle of kids and dogs and did so with a smile on his face. The pricing was fair and the job was done same day no issues at all. Day and Night replaced my 22 year old HVAC system on my house, it works great. They came out and did their and annual check up, and made sure everything was running great. I had them upgrade the air handlers purification feature, ( it helps with the allergies). Overall, very happy, and glad they are taking care of my HVAC and plumbing services with their VIP service.

I'm not one to write reviews but i've made an exeption for Alien Air due to the extremely positive interactions I've had with them. I originally contacted them for an energy audit and had the owner, Chris, come out. Not once did he try and upsell me on something I didn't need. After having several companies come out for a general AC install/repair estimate, Chris was the only one who didn't turn that into a sales pitch.

I ended up having Alien install a new unit and add insulation to my home to take advantage of the SRP rebates program. Chris was honest, direct, on time and always answered any questions I had. One month into having the work completed I've noticed a cooler home, less run time on my unit and a reduction in my electricity bill compared to last year. I will definitely use Alien air moving forward for my AC needs.

Our AC went out on a Friday evening in Phoenix in July and they were quick to come out Saturday morning. The unit was old and needed to be replaced, using a crane, and they replaced it by Thursday. The guys were professional and courteous. AC works great. They are also prompt and courteous when they come out to do regular maintenance. Definitely recommend Lincoln Air.
