Fastest turnaround service I’ve ever had. The technician Matt was very helpful, he explained everything in great detail and went above and beyond to fix my shower. What I thought was simple... was extensive to fix and Matt made sure it was done correctly. I was using a drain cover because mine rusted off. I didn’t know mold was growing underneath. He removed all molded piping and replaced with a new drain. Great job! Great customer service!

Nate and JD are rock stars. I had an issue with a blower motor on one my units. They tracked down the special part and installed it quickly and cleanly. I'm now up and running in my nice cool AC. A previous plumbing company sent by myw company said they would have to cut a hole in my cabinet or remove my kitchen cabinet. And then after waiting a month they said they could not do the work.

Expert HVAC was referred to me, about 6 years ago. They kept our old clunker Goodman running for outstanding low prices, and awesome service. I referred them to my sister for her new HVAC unit. She was so happy about the quality, price, and no forced upsell. Needless to say, when my Goodman that came with the house gave up the ghost after 15 years, it was a no brainer for Expert HVAC to completely replace my system. Rick is our guy for our Surprise home. Also the fact that the office folks take care of ALL the little stuff afterwards. Filling out all of the warranty paperwork with TRANE, and keeping my appointments for me for regular maintenance to keep the warranty valid. Nice extra touch that I have not read about in these reviews.

We have been working with Steve and the team from Environmental Taming since we purchased our home in 2019. They installed a RO system and water softener, maintained/repaired the existing HVAC system and most recently replaced the HVAC. Anytime we have an issue they clearly explain the problem, review costs - which are always straightforward - no surprises, and complete the repair in timely manner. We couldn't be more pleased with the services Environmental Taming provides and highly recommend them.

Fred is the best! This is our new a/c company! First hot day & when we flipped to a/c our units were blowing heat. He figured out the problem was our thermostat and NOT our system. Suggested we buy an Ecobee to replace our Nest thermostats. Gave my husband a few tips before he left & hubby installed that afternoon. Didnt try to up sell or overcharge. Love this company!

By far the best service west of the 17. My repeat technician Jeremy is the man. He jumped on my roof spoke to my A/C unit and whispered it back to health. The man is a savant in the art of heating and cooling. Best price, best service I will not look any further.

They are attentive, courteous and prompt. They went above and beyond what I contracted for and that is a rarity these days. I bought a new thermostat and all I needed was a common wire connected from my thermostat to my air handler. The wires were already in the wall, just needed to be connected in the air handler. I already knew this and told them over the phone. They charged me an $88 diagnostic fee and then $65 just to splice the wire together and connect to the unit. The actual work probably took him 15 mins to do. The tech, Dave, was really nice and did a great job. It's not his fault they charged so much. I asked how much it'd be to install my new ecobee3 thermostat, and he looked it up. Another $180!! Are you kidding me?! I told him I'd just do it myself and I installed it within about 7 mins, before he was even finished cleaning up. It was so easy. $180?! That's a rip off! But the 5 star review is on the tech Dave who did an outstanding job.
