After spending over a week dealing with a very dishonest septic company and trying to get a passing grade to sell our home, we called Mike Roybal Septic Services, desperate for an honest assessment of our septic. While the other company was ready to rebuild for thousands of dollars, Mike conducted the same tests and found no issues. We are now certified and ready to sell! Honesty and integrity is hard to come by and this company has both in spades.

Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Jake was trained for 3 months by the best at Cave Creek Septic. I guess everyone needs to start and learn somewhere.

I would highly RECOMMEND. They cleared a clog and fixed a sewer break in my sewer system. Great service, great prices. Brendan was awesome, accommodating and very helpful. And Jeremiah did an incredible job digging a 7 foot plus trench to get to the problem and fix it. I don't want to have any plumbing problems, but if I do I will use your expertise and service again. Thank you.

Our septic was hidden under a artificial grass play area in our yard. We had no idea where it was, Cave Creek Septic went to work like a team of archaeologists and found it in no time. It wasn't an easy job but they got it done, fixed some issues and put the yard back to what it looked like before they started. We are very happy with their service

Hero home services saved my Day! My a/c stopped cooling in the middle of the day! So i called hero home services for the first time and they were great! Service was incredible! Quick and efficient, they had my a/c up and running back in no time! Marlon was very mature and extremely helpful! He was kind, efficient and got straight to the point! Great worker!! Highly recommend them!!

Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

I needed a septic tank pumped within a week. Since this is not something I do on a regular basis, I wasn't sure where to go. I used Google to search for companies in the Phoenix area. The first company I called made it sound like a major project. When I called A American Septic, Waley Witham told me that it shouldn't be a major project. He was able to access my house plans and locate where my septic was most likely located. He sent me an email with a very fair estimate.

Within a week, Taylor from A American Septic showed upto take care of the job. I was concerned since I didn't know the exact location of my septic tank that a major part of my land scaping would have to be dug up.

Taylor took care of locating the tank within a few minutes of arriving (I have lived in the house 26 years and never knew where the tank was). After Taylor located the tank, he began digging. The amount of landscaping that was disturbed was a small area of about 5X5 feet. Taylor knocked the job out in a short time and put the landscaping back as if he was never there. I was very impressed!! The price I was charged was the low end of the quote that Waley quoted me.

I normally check Google for ratings before I hire a company to do work that I am not familiar with. I am writing this rating for others that also use ratings to find reliable companies. This company does exactly what it says and doesn't have any hidden costs. I would give the 6 stars if it was available.

Used this company 4 times in the last 2 years. Very responsive, professional. Everybody seems to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They kept me updated on every single step. No surprises. THEY WILL EMPTY YOUR WALLET BUT NOT YOUR SEPTIC - I had Ajax out to pump my septic. They drained all the liquid in the tank and charged me $700. When I looked in the tank after the driver had left, there was a HUGE mass still in the tank. It was directly below the inlet. When I called, the woman in the office said it was my fault for not having a large enough opening. This would make sense if the mass was in the corner, but it was easily accessible by the pump operator. I feel like this is their MO because the lady got really nasty when I suggested that they didn't complete the job. They refused to come out and finish the job or provide any sort of refund :(

BEWARE - They hire UNLICENSED contractors to do their work. Our home warranty company, 2-10 sent Belsito plumbing out to check on a slab leak we had. They sent Charles, who was nice, and Charles brought his manager Shane Prince. Shane completed a lot of work but never finished, took off with our money, and wasn't licensed. He did all this work on the side, but wearing Belsito Plumbing uniforms (him and Charles). Belsito fired him a few months ago, but that doesn't make up for the fact that they were okay having someone do these jobs that's NOT LICENSED! Turns out his licenses have been revoked for years. Just be cautious on who you let do your work. In AZ, anything done over $1,000 in your house requires a license. Hope this helps someone avoid the expensive mistake we made working with this guy and this company.

Great Service. Professional Team. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired septic medic to service our septic tank. Highest recommendation. Knowledgeable, on time and did a great & thorough job. Hosed the tank after draining and did an inspection. The access point required digging; which the tech did quickly putting the dirt & decorative gravel on a tarp. After completion, the refill area looked almost seamless. Use this company if you want the job done correctly without having to babysit anyone.

I was referred to Rooter Man by a friend of mine. I was desperate to find a plumber that I could trust as I've had some negative experiences in the past. I've been lied to and overcharged by big name companies so I am very cautious about who I give my business to.

That being said, I really trust Roy. He doesn't use sales tactics or gimmicks. He knows what he's talking about and did not once try to upsell the job. He wasn't looking for things to replace outside of the job I called him for. He quoted me a fair price and time frame to work on my main sewer line, and was super knowledgeable and patient while explaining what needed to be done. I'm very happy I went with Rooter Man! My advise is to be careful, there are a lot of crooks out there. Now that I've found someone I trust I'm going to call him every time. I recommend you give this company a try. Thank you Roy!
