My water heater was gushing water and I was told they could not send someone out for almost a week. I found several other plumbers that could make it out the same day or the following. I'm not sure what the issue is here but, a "we can send someone out next week" is an extremely poor customer experience. If they are having some type of staffing issue or covid related problem, they should notify you of that, not act like next week is a respectable answer.

We were very pleased with the quality of work and the timely manner in which several jobs were carried out. They were friendly, professional and did an outstanding job on the repairs.

Joe was able to stop by our Carvana office in Arcadia and assess an issue with one of our men's urinals as well as a small leak in our women's bathroom. The next day he and his coworker fixed the problem! Joe was really great to work with and suggested against spending more money looking further into the issue. Austin was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He called in advance of arriving and showed up exactly when he said he would at the scheduled appointment time. Within minutes he assessed the situation and knew exactly what needed to be done. His installation and repair was completed so well that the plumbing looks better now than it did when the house was built! Even though it was a rather difficult job, Austin remained pleasant and worked through every challenge with a smile, genuinely glad to help. He ensured everything worked as it should and took time to show us how we can keep everything in good working order and avoid future issues.
