Making a financial decision to replace a 17 yr old unit I don’t take likely getting at least 3-4 estimates. I had a new heatpump and airhandler system installed by the professionals at Penguin Air. It started off with Jeff coming to my home to do the initial inspection, design the new system and ultimately providing a quote. The quote came in quite a bit cheaper than another competitor, so combined with Jeff's positivity, professionalism and technical know-how, I signed the agreement.The system was scheduled for installation 2 days form signing the estimate; Talk about fast! Caleb and Brian were the techs that came out to do the install. Caleb called me to give a heads up that they were on the way and arrived right on time!It was quite a difficult job, but Caleb and Brian persevered and after a 10 hour day left my home with a fully functioning system! I was very impressed by their professionalism throughout the process.Overall, Penguin Air did great work and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others or bring them back out to my home for any service or additional needs in the future! Great job.

Had an emergency situation and called them... they showed up super fast and were very nice and informative. Explained my problem and possible solutions and had me fixed up in no time. I've since called them for a couple other issues and always the same great service with a smile. Won't ever go anywhere else!

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Can’t say enough good things about Hobaica Services! Called last week regarding an emergency situation with my rental and somehow they found a way to squeeze me in. Jayce came out and got us up and running for our new tenants! Today , I had my maintenance service on my own residence and Scott K. did a fine job of checking out both of my units to be sure they would get us through the next 6 months when they’ll be back to check on things again. Unless I call them back sooner for another “emergency “ I highly recommend Hobaica Services!

Aaron was the highly professional service tech that came by to take a look at our HVAC system. After explaining what the situation was and documenting the condition he got to work…When he was done, emailed a detailed report including the pictures over to us. Excellent work, I know who I’ll be calling from now on.

Getting the correct part has taken most of the Week. Troy was pleasant to work with. Parts were ordered wrong. Toilet still not in use after four days.

Good experience with replacement. My old system was totally dead. They completed the job in 5 hrs, including remove old system, install new 4 ton outdoor unit, and indoor air handler. The only thing confusing is the attic entrance recovery can’t be on the same day afternoon. Anyway, I would recommend Rising Sun Air to everyone for their good service and low price.

Last week on the hottest day of the year, ac blew a fuse at 4:30 in the afternoon. Howard air got an excellent tech out there within 45 min. I need any more, other than that's why I have used them for years.
