Best Drain System in Phoenix AZ

Gabe was awesome! He installed a new dishwasher and the service was great. He was super friendly, organized, got everything done quickly and even went out of his way to fix a leakage under our kitchen sink. He even helped my husband with some car troubles. We would definitely use them again and definitely recommend Gabe!

I’ll start with the good aspects. A tech was dispatched quickly (within 24 hours) and once he arrived, it was a very fast service and appears to have resolved the issue. The tech was also friendly, well prepared and knew what was causing the issue (main drain line was clogged).Now the bad: started off with him asking us to put our dogs outside which wasn’t great as it is still 100 degrees outside, but they’re big and intimidating so fine that’s understandable. Then, I explained the issue and he took a look up in the attic and proceeded to track insulation all over our daughters bedroom on the way back down. Then I mentioned that our house is slightly unusual in that our drain outlet is under the guest sink as opposed to leading outside like most homes and showed him the area under the sink. He said he didn’t deal with those kind of drains and that “he would probably leave that up to the plumber” and that we most likely had another line leading outside. I told him I didn’t think that was the case but he disregarded and proceeded to clear the line. Lo and behold there was only one line was in the bathroom. Dirty water exploded all over the bathroom like projectile vomit, covering everything including my kids toothbrushes, shower curtain, door etc. Water leaking from the vents flooding the hallway (my husband threw down a few bath towels to contain it). He didn’t warn us of the possibility that it could clear out that forcefully (would probably be a good idea just to cover peoples drains prophylactically in the future). Didn’t apologize for the messes or make any attempt to clean them. Then was in and out within 20 min like he was in a rush to go somewhere else. Was not impressed.

Technician was on time, very knowledgeable and fixed the issue. My problem is with the pricing. $90 can of sealer cost me over $400. R410 freeon they charged me $177 per lb. So a low freeon repair was over $1,000. Randomly i called 3 other AC service companies in the Valley. Avg freeon pricing per lb was $80. Hard to establish pricing prior as you may not know exactly what the problem is. Will not use Tucker in the future. Miss Derek from McConnell Air, never felt ripped off .

My first experience with Fixer was a 10/10 experience. I reached out to them because one night our Air Handler was not turning on and flashing a low voltage warning to our nest thermostat. I called 3 different HVAC companies and finally got one out the next day. Quick analysis showed that the unit was perfectly fine, but it appeared to be an electrical issue with the outlet that the unit was plugged into. Queue the real headache of the service industry:

1.) Called a local electrician, quoted a 200 diagnostics fee just for showing up and then parts and labor would be on top. Soonest availability was 4 weeks out.
2.) Called another 'national' electrician, quoted a 150 fee for showing up and additional hours would be 75 per hour with parts and labor. Earliest availability was 2 months out!
3.) Discovered Fixer online and filled out the repair request based on what i knew. Was quoted $119 for the first hour and then everything would be prorated to the minute there after. Felt reasonable and the best part was they could get someone there the next day. My fixer showed up, was extremely professional and quickly diagnosed the issue that the HVAC company could not. Upon diagnosing the issue, my fixer explained everything that he was going to try and then explained what could be the root cause. 1 trip to the hardware store for parts and my fixer was completed with the project. Two burnt out electrical switches and plugs and everything was back up good as new. Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. total cost $200 with parts and labor.

So quickly said, if you value your time, want transparency with what is actually occurring with your problem, and want top of the line customer service, give Fixer a shot. Could not be happier with their work.

I had water heater tripping the circuit breaker - turned out I had the kind that needed to be replaced, metal inside was melting from overheating.Timothy Mixey came the next day, removed old panel, worked all day and got my power back..the night before Christmas Eve. Jesse did a great job installing a new dishwasher and garbage disposal. He was professional, explained everything step by step and was upfront and honest about the price which was very affordable. Look forward to hiring Miranda for all my plumbing needs!

Our AC went out the day after we got home from the hospital with our first newborn baby. Our house was 96 degrees inside, we were dripping sweat, and our baby was overheated and lethargic. We were frantically calling around to all the AC companies trying to find someone who could come take a look at our AC but no one was available. When Scott heard we had a newborn he took pity on us and moved some things around to fit us in quickly that day. Scott was amazing to work with and was able to get our AC unit replaced in a timely manner. He was so kind and helpful- I recommend him to anyone in the valley!

Great company to work for. Highly rated! Isaac is a wonderful foreman, and ever job lead I worked with was a pleasure to work along side.

I just wish Phoenix wasn't gross and that the weather wasn't like a preview of hell fire.
