Amazing group of people. Honest and fair! We had sewage backing into our standing shower and They came out on a Saturday at 5 pm for $180. All estimates were $300 and above. Prior to that we had estimates for pulling a gas line to our kitchen that went as high as $6300. Diamondback did it for $1800! I'm extremely happy that my wife found these guys.

We feel so completely satisfied with our service today! Jerry came out late last week to quote us so we could compare a few companies. The previous company quoted us thousands more without even stepping foot in our house. Jerry diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote that seemed very reasonable so we booked him on the spot. We could tell he was an honest person at the time and it rang true. That is a hard quality to come by these days. Jerry showed true professionalism in his work. He also figured out, very quickly, what the cause of our leaking pipe was and will also correct that issue. Accent Plumbing will be the company for all my future repairs. The pricing for the hot water heater/install was reasonable and less than the big box stores and just as quick to schedule it. Be sure to call them for a quote and ask for Kevin, he did a great job.

Needed to replace a couple of toilets in my home. Custom Plumbing of Arizona gave me a fair price and the technician Kevin was respectful, prompt, and explained to me what he was doing so I could better understand. Will be using Custom for all my future plumbing needs.

Needed to have our hot water line rerouted throughout the house. This was due to a in slab leak in our hot water line. Doug came out to look at work that needed to be done and provided an estimate. The estimate spelled out a potential "unknown" cost so we wouldn't be surprised when the final invoice arrived. We saw several different workers at the house during the project. Each of them were got their work done while keeping things a neat and clean as possible. All very friendly to us and our 2 dogs. Finally, my first contact for Wyman was Tamra. She was very prompt in replying to any question I had (from start to finish). We liked doing business with the Wyman's and think other would too.

Arrived early, diagnosed and fixed two problems, worked quickly and with good cheer.

Nick Piercy with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an excellent job explaining what he was doing, performing the needed service, and offering recommendations, while doing so at a reasonable price. He was very clean and professional. Highly recommend!

Travis was AMAZING! The whole team is truly helpful. Travis came out to see why our heater wasn’t working then came back to replace a part and clean the system. During the initial consultation, the entire staff was very responsive making sure there was someone coming out to our home. BONUS POINTS that this was also during the week of Christmas when things are usually just busier yet they still were able to get us into their schedule. We greatly appreciate the hard work the entire team did, especially Travis. He gave good attention to detail and was very knowledgeable. I’d recommend him in a heartbeat!

On December 18,2019 I received top notch service for ongoing drain issues. The service tech, Ron was very knowledgeable, professional, and a truly nice person. Ron explained everything he was doing and offered suggestions to improve to overall condition of our drainage system in our 40+ year old home.
