I called at 6:30am and someone answered, which I was super shocked but really appreciative of. We had an appt in the afternoon and I called saying our air actually went out and they sent someone over immediately. The tech was extremely nice and helpful. We couldn’t be happier with this company!

Troy Schumacher was great. I called at 6:00 and Troy showed up at 8:15. He was great to work with and made quick work out of our issue. He gave us some good advice on preventative maintenance and was very professional. Would definitely have Troy out again.

DO NOT USE THEM, STAY AWAY based on my experience, just my opinion.Hired them to find a gas leak and repair it, they turned off my gas so I reminded them to turn my gas on and please re-light my water heater they did neither. I called them the next day and explained they didn’t turn on my gas and they refused to help my husband spoke to them and they said they would contact us at730 am the next day they never called I tried calling them and no answer do not use them we filled a complaint with the BBB and wasn’t shocked to see they have a bad reputation there. After reading these reviews it seems like women have issues with them, not surprisingly by the way the treated me.

1st Choice Mechanical is the best air conditioning company we have ever worked with. We had them install a new air conditioner early this year and am now having them maintenance all of our units. They are reliable, reasonable and very professionally. Tim Rhoads and the rest of the team at 1st Choice Mechanical are wonderful! I highly recommend them!

My AC went out. They responded quickly and fixed it right then and there. So was only down for a couple of hours. Patrick the technician was courteous and professional. The repair was reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again.

I had storm damage while away and came home to deal with insurance because of roof, AC/Heater damage with the casing open and return elbow vent shifted and detached from roof. My AC was only one year old. It was a Sunday and rain was expected soon. I contacted previous AC installers and 2 other companies. King was the only one who responded and offered to come out. My neighbor recommended them and I understand why. They are professional, very responsive and do a great job! Frank will work with you as well. He answered all my questions and concerns.

This company is amazing and great to work with. Our AC unit went down several times over a three day period and they sent a tech each day that we called. Sam, the General Manager, even came out himself on a Saturday to get the unit up and running. We ended up having Temperature Pro replace our full HVAC system and they were able to fit us in rather quickly and did an outstanding job. The recent service at my residence with Scottsdale Air was excellent. The technician (Scott) took his time. He explained everything each step of the process which allowed me to feel comfortable with their service.

Excellent service and Veteran owned. The technician went above and beyond the job. I have a new AC unit but he installed the Nexia wifi thermostat. While installing he identified a major wiring issued left by the previous guys. He fixed the issue, installed the thermostat and everything has been running smoothly ever since. I highly recommend this company and upgrading to the Nexia thermostat.

Responded quickly with technician showing up the next morning. Wire to cap was cooked and replaced along with new wiring. Freon was added to system as it was a pound low.

Total cast was under $1200.

They did a good job, showed up on time and got our AC working quickly. They were professional. Replaced our air handler for our system.

Since May of 2022 we experienced a problem with our A/C unit. We had a situation that was pretty unbelievable as far as repair. We made multiple calls for service on our A/C unit. It took servera calls to get the system working again like it was designed for. I know there are more technicians that assisted with this difficult task. These are at least 3 that I will mention that did a great job getting our system operation again among the Intense heat. Josh, Shaq, & Brandon. These techs worked tirelessly getting our syste m operating like it was designed to operate. I would like to thank all the Technicians at George Brazil for the tireless hours spent getting our system running again.

We had a great experience using Preferred Air! Samantha was very professional, helpful, and friendly as she helped me set up an appointment. Daniel came out to our home and helped us with our AC problems. He explained what our problem was in terms easy to understand. He installed our smart thermostat and gave me a quick run down on the set up. He was also very friendly and professional. Any guy that can stand on a roof for an hour or so in the hot AZ heat and still have a smile on his face is the one you want! We highly recommend Preferred Air for your AC troubles!

A/C Works is a new offshoot of Appliance Works and both are excellent services. Shane, our tech, was excellent and diagnosed our upstairs A/C problem --slow leak -- and even apologized for the cost of the freon! Would absolutely recommend this service company

Denis was our technician today and man, this guy was just awesome! He was so polite and went above and beyond. This is the second year we’ve used Howard Air’s bi-yearly maintenance program. We’ve not had any issues their service!
